Martec Class II 10W Tricolour LED Downlight - Matt White

The Martec Class II White is a premium low glare aesthetically designed LED downlight. The Class II features a colour temperature changing dip switch located on the back of the downlight, allowing users to choose between Warm White (3000K) or Cool White (4000K) or Daylight (5000K) light colour depending on preference. The Class II is dimmable with most major trailing edge dimmers. Super high CRI (colour-rendering-index), meaning that the Class II is a premium source of light that produces excellent light quality. Due to their slightly narrower beam angle (50°) and ability to THROW light more effectively, deeply recessed LED downlights like the Class II are better suited to installations above kitchen benches, dining tables, offices and study rooms than normal LED downlights. Due to the fact that the light source is deeply recessed into the fitting, they are also great for hallways and bedrooms, ensuring that the area remains well lit without shining light in your eyes, meaning that they produce far less glare and are more comfortable to live with. It is these attributes that make downlights like the Class II the choice of architects, interior designers and lighting designers. They are also almost exclusively the choice for Hotels and Resorts. The dimmable LED driver is in-built into the rear of the downlight, with a 1 metre flex and plug. IC-F(4) Abutted and Covered rated for use with thermal insulation (fitting only). The Class II is IP44 weatherproof rated, making it also suitable for indoor/outdoor covered and protected use, as well as wet areas such as bathrooms and laundries.
