I discovered Isuzu accidentally and as soon as I did, the shop I purchased it from stopped carrying it. I went on a massive internet hunt and found it again at Sazen. It’s a perfect, light, morning matcha for me and tastes very smooth. I have it with an almond milk base. I used to do water and it is equally smooth and creamy tasting. I am not someone who is a perfectionist on matcha - I am a very average matcha drinker who switched to matcha from Indian chai to matcha at 42 for her health. I like creamy “sweet” matcha but I never use sugar. If this describes you, you will probably like this one too. I agree that it can be iced easily.

I haven’t opened this matcha yet but from previous experience of drinking Choan, it was great quality and delicious in taste. Seller was responsive and fast shipping.
