I bought 3 of those and had a problem with 2, the other one was still in it’s package. I took all of them back. I had all set up of those two, and after a week one of it stop accepting the code I set up with, nothing would work, so we had to get someone to cut it open. And the second worked all right but after few days when we took it of it went back to its factory code 0000 without us doing anything.

Second one died on me today. First one after 1.5 years, this one after 10 months. They are supposed to be suitable for outdoor, but their internals rust fast. At first they work great, but after a few months out in the rain and sun the dials become loose (no more 'tick tick' rattle noise or feel that it 'clicks') and at some point the lock just gives up and locks in one position and it will not come out that position, no matter what.Luckily it's warranty, but will get a different brand or model this time.

This is the second one I've bought because the first one has performed so well, even in the weather. It's great to not have to keep track of keys for various sheds. Every 6 months, I just drop some oil down the shaft and giggle the dials a bit to keep the moving parts moving smoothly. Well happy with this product.

The wheels are attached to a sheet much too thin to support the 300kg sold for purchase. I see that the characteristic has changed since. With 180kg of load, the wheels twisted the sheet metal. The non-slip plastic material is very thin and will not withstand bumps and scratches for a long time. The ball bearings in the wheels have a lot of play. Brief product of poor quality. Provide reinforcement between the fixing of the front / rear axles On the other hand, the seller seems to be listening. A commercial solution has been found, waiting to be honored.
Didnt break during attempted theft, resisting a lot of force, it bent. The thieves broke the slide action bolt lock instead. I purchased another one of these Padlocks, and replaced the bolt lock with an anti theft version. I highly recommend this padlock.
Don’t buy this lock it has a massive design flaw!On the surface this lock appears to be good build quality feel strong & looks the part. Upon using the lock a few times (and after setting your own combination at the start) you realise how easy it is to accidentally change the combination when using the padlock without noticing.What can happen is unknowingly the shackle moves to the reset position and you can very easily bump one of the numbers & when you close the lock it now has a new combination if you did not notice what position the numbers were in you will never open it again
Changed the combination which worked initially. Tried the combination yesterday and it wouldn't open. Had to buy a pair of bolt cutters to cut it off. Useless padlock...don't buy! Should have read the reviews first!!
The product is very good in itself except that I did not find a real difference in terms of lighting power compared to my 36W neon lights. In fact, when I replaced it, I was able to compare it to my neon strip placed side by side and I didn't really see any fundamental differences. The advantages: instant lighting compared to conventional neon lights, longevity over time (well, I hope), energy saving. No major drawback except that the lighting is not more powerful in the end than a classic neon.
