The best water bottle I’ve owned! The straw is stationary and holds the weight of the bottle (for the straw grabbers!) everything they claim about the water bottle is true! Fits in the car drink holder and ice stays for the perfect amount of time! It’s not bulky and easy to carry! Also LOVE the colour (lavender!) Definitely going to buy more when we need them!

Awesome Tumbler for cold beverages

Love drinking cold beverages from it. This tumbler not only looks great but is also a pleasure to drink from. I use it primarily for drinking water and iced coffee. I love that I can swap the straw lid when I wanna use it for a hot drink. Only concern I have is that the lid isn't flush with the tumbler on all sides. The quality control on the lids doesn't seem to be as good as for the tumbler itself. It doesn't impact the functionality at all.

Beautiful Design But Broke Easily

I bought this about a month ago and loved it for the week I was able to use it. Unfortunately the straw broke in half completely when I dropped it from a couple feet off the ground. Obviously this is my fault for dropping it, although I will say I was surprised and disappointed at how easily the straw broke. Without the straw, the mug is essentially unusable.When I reached out to Fellow for support, they were apologetic, but I was otherwise dismissed and directed to the website where I could purchase a replacement straw. For $5 I would probably have just sucked it up (pun unintended but I'll leave it) and bought one, but then I saw the shipping costs as much as the straw! Best of these cups I have used

As soon as I saw this cup in the site, I knew I needed it. I have several issues with my hands and tend to drop things, AND knock things over. It's super fun. I also love my water cold, so really need to use something to keep the water *cold*. I have gotten so many things over the years. The cheapy plastic ones tend to start tasting bad, even if you only use them with water. I haven't found one of the metal ones that doesn't warm up if I hold it for too long, and even worse if you use a straw, the opening is just way too big.This cup is the best fix. It does have a small hole in the lid, so when I knock it over a small amount comes out. Nothing like the metal ones with plastic lids that have the big holes for straws. Also, it doesn't make your hand cold when you drink out of it.I am taking off one star because the non spill perfection is only going to work with a Fellow straw, and they don't seem to sell extras. Start selling a box of 4 or something, so I can change it out for cleaning, and then the cup really is perfect. I do hope you consider doing that - you could even include a straw cleaner - for that reviewer who didn't have one at home.We love these products and have quite a few. The original mug I bought my husband last year is still used daily and easy to clean and use. I really recommend their products,

Ceramic interior, seem to be of good quality!

I can’t speak to the longevity of these (yet). I bought the toddy system as a gift for two of my medical providers and saw these cups and thought they would go along great with the gift so I bought one of each color. I wish I would’ve ordered one for myself! They are very cute, seem to be great quality and a perfect size for iced coffee. Only downside…The base is just a smidge larger than the standard-sized yeti tumbler (for anyone who cares), we drive older vehicles and it’s a little large for the cup holders. That aside, I would still by one for myself and the purple is very pretty.

Lid doesn’t align - design issue?

The body of the tumbler doesn’t align with the lid, Hard to explain, but no matter how you screw it on, the circumference of the lid doesn’t match up with the circumference of the body. It is extremely distracting and disappointing given that it’s not a cheap mug. I think I got a just got a defective 16oz because my other lids are also misaligned on it. But my 12oz is aligned. Also the straw doesn’t come with a brush to clean it.

Omg this tumbler is amazing.

Omg this tumbler is amazing. I put ice in there with my coffee. And after I finished the coffee the ice can stay in there for over 12 hours. I can add water in the afternoon and there you go, iced water for a hot afternoon! Love it and wish there’s a bigger size! Also love the look of the tumbler. It’s simple and just absolutely beautiful !

Skip the personalizing

Tumbler great, personalization not so much. The Carter Cold Tumbler is my favorite for sure, so I thought it'd be awesome to give as a teacher gift. Because waterbottles get lost ALL OF THE TIME, we personalized this one. The font was pretty, but it was SO SMALL. Much smaller than what we expected. Maybe 1/4" high, when we expected bigger. It's almost hard to see, too, as it blends in to the color of the tumbler (the greenish/bluish one). We still gifted it, but I wish we hadn't personalized it.
