The quality of the trays is excellent. The holes are the perfect size for a good mince pie or tart. They are completely non stick and the perforations in the base make for a perfect, non soggy pie.I bought two trays and would highly recommend.

This baking pan is really good. The holes in the pan allow the pastry to crisp. The size and shape of these are perfect for mini tarts.

I must admit, and I’ll take responsibility for this. I need to return this item but can’t through lockdown. I wanted a pan for Yorkshire puddings, and the micro holes at the bottom means all the oil would drip out. Unfortunately I can not see this still even from the picture online.That being said, despite never being used, it does look like a quality piece of equipment.
Makes the best pastry cases with their sticking. The perforations at the bottom bake the base much better than those without it. And I never have to grease the mould. They pop out every time.
The bottom of my quiches were cooked perfectly. I cooked a batch using my old shallow cake pans at the same time and the quiches cooked in my new pans had more colour on the bottom and the pastry was nice and dry. Also much easier to clean up than my old pans.
