I added half a chopped brown onion and half a chopped red onion (trying to empty out the fridge), a teaspoon on dried Italian herbs, & was generous with the tomato paste. My teen daughter and I loved it, we served it with mashed potato and the beans as suggested. It was enough for our dinner, another dinner popped in the freezer, and a lunch serve as well.
