Had this bbq for 2 years now and the hot plates are fantastic I had to get another one and remove the grill plate as we barely use it. Trick to stop stick and rust is before using, soak the new hot plate in oil and heat to about 250 degrees so the oil absorbs into the hot plate. Never had a problem

Very happy with the product, revived my Matador BBQ
Fits perfectly. As a family of 9 we use the hot plate more than the grill which has saved us time by being able to cook more at once.
Seems to have coating that comes off when you use it - in the first few BBQs it is coming off.
Greatest bbq ever but the grills and hot plates “enamel” coating rusts and flakes off. This looks like it sits in the weather but this is in an enclosed patio and has never had water on it
God value for money, it gives a better look to my built in BBQ, which was recently completely refurbished.
They’re both the wrong sizeI’ll need to wait to be able to exchange for the right size
