We have used this type of mat in commercial kitchens for many many years.. though these would be great for our food van, sadly they must be of an inferior quality .. started falling apart from a about a weeks use.. leaving small black worn rubber dust even where they've laid..
Serve the purpose for which they were bought perfectly!
