Overall a great product and despite being more expensive than the shampoo you might find in a supermarket, I find that the bottle lasts a really long time because I only need to use the tinest amount each wash (it lathers up really well). So for all those blonde bombshell's out there, do yourself a favour and buy this shampoo!

There are many great products from brilliant brands, and my most recent discovery is this Matrix Brass off shampoo.\n\nI recently dyed my hair a gorgeous deep red colour, courtesy of Garnier Olia, and needed a shampoo that would really protect and maintain my newly red tresses, and I saw this at my local beauty salon. I know it says for blonde and brunette colours, but the staff member who helped me still recommended it for any shade of colour, so I was sold.\n\nThe next morning, I did my usual double shampoo, rinsing thoroughly each time, and followed with the matching conditioner, rinsed thoroughly again, and wrapped up my clean, wet strands in my hair turban. After drying off and combing through gently, I was left with hair that was fresh, shiny, glossy and radiant, and the red colour simply glowed. I was very impressed with results that were so instant and obvious for all to see. I now use these products once a week, for a truly indulgent and pampering deep treatment and it has really maintained my colour for so long now, even six weeks later, my hair looks freshly dyed, it's just so bright and shiny. The price tag is reasonable, needing so little each time means it has gone such a long way, and the purple packaging, one of my favourite colours, looks gorgeous in my shower caddy.\n\nEven though I really like this product and the instant and long lasting results it has given me, I take off one star simply because it doesn't quite live up to my beloved Garnier or Loreal Paris hair care products, plus they are a little more affordable, but still, this product and brand has no real negatives for me, I will continue to use it and love it. If you want a product range that pampers and treats coloured, dry hair, has a quirky name and gives instant results plus long lasting ones, then brass off and try this Matrix range.\n

Total waste of time and money. I was using this to do a root smudge. I normally use Redken Shades EQ, but wanted to give this a try to see what it’s like with the bonder in it (newer formula). I used Matrix 10 volume cream developer and followed the instructions precisely. It left my hair looking very flat and the level 7 on my currently level 10 hair color didn’t darken my root area at all. It not only didn’t work, but left my hair looking dull with a little bit of breakage. I definitely don’t recommend this.

This product arrived so much faster than I had expected. I received it within 4 days of purchasing! And it came packaged so nicely! The product itself is amazing! I had platinum blonde hair and now I have the most beautiful dark copper hair! It looks so healthy and vibrant, the color distributed evenly! I only bought this color as a filler for when I go back to brunette, but I am so in love with this shade that I think this might be my new forever color. I am definitely going to repurchase!

This is the only purple shampoo I have used that doesn’t stain my hair or make it look too ashy. I have short pixie style platinum blonde hair and find that I get best results when mixing with normal shampoo and leave in for about 3 minutes. For best results I use about 2 weeks after just having my colour refreshed and then use once a week until my next salon visit. I don’t find it too drying like some other purple shampoos. I use Olaplex shampoo and conditioner every other day to maintain the best health for my bleached blonde hair

I ordered 2 of the wrong hair color (My fault) I only received one!I told them I only got one. They kindly agreed to send me correct colorLuxe: "after yo usend it back to us we can ship you 2 x 3n. we shipped you 1 x 5n and another 5n in a speartae envelope"Me: I will keep the one I have rather than pay to send it back BUT I NEVER GOT THE SECOND ONE. I don’t see why they weren’t together… If the first one made it here, a second one would have also. I think it was an error and not that a second mailing got lost. I would like a refund for the 2nd/lost one please.Luxe assures me they sent 2 and to mail all back.Me: 2/2/2023 Dear Sirs’ I am telling you I did NOT get a second envelope! It never arrived. A hairdresser friend suggested I treat the colour side of things with shampoo and work on the frizz with the conditioner.Matrix Colour Obsessed Shampoo is quite surprising, it works well to remove the oil and product build up but without stripping the colour from your hair. Since I have been using this I’ve actually been able to extend my colours another 2 weeks, taking me to 8 weeks between colours.A small amount of shampoo lathers really well and the second shampoo really gets your hair clean. It squeezes easily out of the bottle (1 litre from price attack) and has a soft fragrance that doesn’t irritate my sensitive scalp.This is without a doubt my HG ... Love the color & it lasts until my next appointment. After chemo, it was recommended to use a demi color instead of a permanent color. The Matrix Color Sync Demi-color is Perfect! Ive been using it 2017.

I wasn’t impressed with coverage. The box looked incredibly old and I couldn’t find a expiration date. I’ve use this brand in the past with no problems. I’m not sure what the problem was with this particular purchase but it just didn’t seem to have the coverage as I’ve gotten in the past. It is also very semi permanent. Completely washed out of my hair within a month. I will say I don’t think it caused a ton of damage. I love the color, just maybe got a bad batch this time. I’ll give it one more try.
