I am so happy that I decided to try this brand! I use this in combination with the moisturizing cream. As the instructions say, I apply the moisturizing cream and then go over my hair with the light hold gel. Once I'm out of the shower, I'll go over any missed spots and finger curl with a small about of the gel. A little goes a long way on the gel. I learned that the first day, as my hair had a little bit of crunch to it. Once I figured out the right amount to use, it was smooth sailing.

I purchased this product hoping for great results with my curls. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. This product did not work for me. The smell is great, but it left my hair with that crunchy feel. I tired it 3 different times adjusting the amount I used and nothing helped. Very disappointed that it didn't work for me.

I had been looking for some months for a gel hair product to replace a brand that had been discontinued. Finally I found “A Curl Can Dream” and it is absolutely perfect for my curls. It has good hold but doesn’t make my curls crunchy, nor has it dried my hair as some other products have. My hair feels great, the curls are defined and I recently bought 5 more bottles of it when it was on special. Highly recommend this product.

I do like this product - it definitely holds my curls during the day without leaving them feeling 'crunchy'. I do feel as though I need to use a lot of product to get the desired result though, and will likely switch to a stronger hold gel next time and just scrunch out the gel cast myself, allowing my curls to still look soft and not crunchy. It definitely is light hold though so if you have fine, curly hair like me that tends to go a bit flat, something stronger might be better.
I bought this based on all the reviews and was excited to try it however I am not a fan. It's more of a gel consistency than a cream & maybe that's my bad for not reading the label correctly. However it left a cast in my hair and crunchy once dried. Didn't define my curls at all and actually weighed them down. Probably won't use this again for curl defining but will probably use it as just a regular gel
I have naturally wavy hair. Trying to embrace it lately rather than to straighten or curl it. This does a nice job of defining the waves without it being heavy. I use a light touch. It's 200ml and not 500ml, which is plenty for my short hair.
Loved this cream, it really did feel like it was moisturising my hair and incredibly light. It gave my hair a nice shine to the curls. I also took to putting it on before I went to bed when I knew I was going to straighten my hair the next day and omg the shine was amazing. you do need to be careful how much you put on if air drying you hair, too much and I felt it dragged the curl but it does say on the instructions not to put too much on.
Wasn't a great product for my curls. Defined the curls good enough but had no hold what so ever so my hair was a frizzy mess within a very short time. Has a strong but pleasant fragrance with a liquid/ gel type texture . If i used this product I would need to use another curl cream product also to keep my hair in place.
I have in between 2B/2C curls. My hairstylist recommended this new product line. She applied this with the oil and diffused my hair. It came out very frizzy, no curl definition whatsoever. This gel is too light for me. I need something sticky/stronger to coax it into curls. My curls were very soft though afterwards. It didnt work for me, but for those who don't have to do a lot of scrunching for curls, you may like it.
As a hairstylist and curly (2c to 3b mixed irish/italian hair girl). I love the co wash. Its lo poo and moisturizing. The condition/mask is good. Could be a little more softening. The oil is a 10!!! Only use it at the end...and the shine is amazing!!! The shampoo is great for me for every other wash. My hair is ultra clean after using it. I have yet to try the cream/gel!! And the manuka honey I love the smell and I can tell a difference in my hairs cleanliness. :)
