This highchair is of very good quality and quite sturdy. It has a low profile and is not bulky at all. Before using this highchair, we were using the Graco 7 in1 highchair. A few differences between the two: Graco we could put our daughter in from very early on since it reclines. So she didn't have to be able to sit up on her own to use it, which absolutely came in handy when she was 3-4 months old. I also really like that the Graco can store her food table behind it when not in use. This one we just kind of put the table part on the kitchen table until needed. The storage of that table piece was a big plus for us on the Graco. This highchair is also pretty low to the ground. We have a bar height kitchen table along with three large dogs. The dogs were able to walk right up to this highchair and eat my daughter's food right off it. It was also low for us to help her eat. Not everyone has a bar height table, but if you do, just know that this will be fairly low on it. The Graco is also a big bulky chair, so I really liked that this one had a much more slim design. This chair is great if you have an older toddler (over 1 I'd say) and you're in need of something, but I do love my Graco because I felt like it took us from a very young age to working great for this age. Lastly, we haven't used this feature yet, but I love that this chair converts to its own table and chair. I feel like I will definitely use that for my daughter once she does some arts and crafts/painting/coloring/etc. So that is a great benefit.

There are so many wonderful things about this chair. One of the most notable and one of my favorite features is the size!! It is SO much smaller than our traditional high chair - which just feels so in the way in our house. I also love how functional and well thought out the design is. It was clearly designed with kids and families in mind and is so functional for use across early child hood. From a safety and functional eating standpoint, it has adjustable footplates which I love, and also has a relatively straight seat back which is better for eating. It only took be about 5-10 minutes to set up. Removable tray cover for easy cleaning is amazing.

My husband and I love this high chair! It looks so much better in our dining room than our last one which means a lot with an open living concept. It cleans up easily and looks fantastic. Very study especially with my big boy in it. He seems comfortable as well. I like that it fits well against his body to keep the food out and the tray is in a good position for him to reach all food. I'm worried his belly might not fit the tray long so it's one pro over con to limit food falling vs outgrow it with the tray. I'm looking forward to using it as a booster if that happens! It's a little hard to move closer to the table with my baby in it. I need to make an effort to move it to the area that I want before I sit him in it.
Easy to assemble and doesn’t require any tools. The seat is comfortable as it comes with the inlay. The seat buckle has two straps (shoulder and waist) that together clicks into the base between the legs. You can either have the shoulder and waist straps pre-connected so you just put them through the arms, or disconnected, and connect them all up when baby is on the seat. I find it convenient having this option. I have a pram where you’ll need to have baby in to connect everything and sometimes holding onto the pieces while trying to lock your baby in is time consuming. All the straps are adjustable to make sure baby is as snugged as possible. The tray has two distances from baby. My baby is on the smaller side, so as he grows, he’ll only be using the furtherest distance otherwise the tray will make things too tight. I like how versatile the high chair is, and you can rearrange pieces for different seatings. I got the oatmeal colour and it’s looks nice and the materials seem to be of good quality. I have a small kitchen and expected it to be quite big but it actually isn’t. Would prefer the legs to be a bit narrow as I do trip over the legs when I’m carrying baby around because I misjudge the area of the legs.
Maxi-Cosi gave our 20-month-old, M, the opportunity to try out their Moa 8-in-1 High Chair, and he put it through rigorous testing as only a toddler can. The directions were straightforward, it was easy to put together with no tools required, and ready to go in less than 10 minutes. The multi-tonal grey with light wood accents looks great in our modern kitchen. We initially tried it out as a traditional highchair and found the sizing well-suited for a toddler, although with the cushioning and high sides I suspect it would be fine for a younger child as well. M didn't mind the straps and they held him securely. We've been using the Cybex Lemo Chair, and one of the drawbacks is that section cup plates and bowls don't stick to the tray well, but they stuck to this ... MoreMaxi-Cosi gave our 20-month-old, M, the opportunity to try out their Moa 8-in-1 High Chair, and he put it through rigorous testing as only a toddler can. M didn't mind the straps and they held him securely. We've been using the Cybex Lemo Chair, and one of the drawbacks is that section cup plates and bowls don't stick to the tray well, but they stuck to this tray perfectly (much to M and his dog's dismay). It was also nice to have a tray that could be easily removed with one hand to get him in strapped, unstrapped and back and out, and to pull him up to the table. The tray, seat and straps saw their fair share of fruits, veggies, hummus, etc. over our week of testing and stood up to it all. The straps could use a run through the wash, but the seat and tray come clean easily with just a wipe down.M eats most meals in his high chair in the kitchen, but when we have company we move into the dining room. Typically we'll drag his whole chair in there, but the Moa provided us the option of popping off the seat so we could use it as a booster on one of our dining chairs and have him right at the table with everyone else. The seat was simple to detach and secure to an adult chair, and it was helpful to have the option of booster legs vs. no legs to ensure we got him situated just right.M is still a bit young to try the Moa out as a stool or a desk and chair set, but we love that those options are available. We try to purchase items for our household with as much longevity as possible, and this 8-in-1 definitely fits the bill!
I bought this high chair for when my 9 month old grandaughter visits. She can sit next to the table when we have a meal. The chair is easy to clean, the top cover pops off for washing, and the rest only needs a quick wipe. The foot rests are moveable as the child grows. The chair part can be used on an ordinary chair and the straps fasten it in place underneath the chair. What convinced me to buy this particular chair is the main legs and seat come off and it can be used as a separate stool and table in future when the high chair is not needed. I have visions of the separated parts being very useful in year to come for snacks and to draw on etc. The whole chair is easy to take apart and fits in the box so would be easy to transport in the car on visits. As a mom of a young toddler, so I know how expensive baby products are and most are only used for a short time. This chair is able to be used from when a baby begins to eat solids through preschool age, which is a much better value than something that is only used for a few months. This high chair will not accommodate super young babies like other high chairs I have used, but that was not something I used anyway. I chose to use this product more as a booster seat on a dining chair at the table rather than an actual stand alone high chair. Having it set up this way allowed us to utilize the table and stool also at the same time. Our babe is a bit young to use this, but I think it will be nice when they can use it. One this I don't like as well is that it's a bit harder to clean. The cushion is fabric and won't wipe down as well as the plastic cushion i have on another high chair. However it can be put in the washing machine which is great. I also love that the footprint of this highchair is fairly small. I did receive this for free in exchange for a review, however I would highly recommend it and I feel like the price is a good value for what you get.
I received this high chair free in exchange for my honest review. I already had a high chair that I loved, so my standards were super high. The chair took two minutes to assemble, which was not the case with my other chair. No tools were required. I was worried about the bar that goes between the child's legs on the tray because my son is large for his age, but it wasn't a problem. The 5 point harness is very easy to adjust, and you can take the shoulder straps off if your child can sit up well on their own. The padding comes off easily as well to clean, but I prefer to just leave it off so the chair can be wiped down after each use.I love how versatile this chair is! It can be used as a high chair, booster seat (tall or short by folding out the feet on the bottom of the seat), toddler stool, and as a table and chair. The legs are metal, which makes it very light weight, sturdy, and super easy to clean. The feet are rubberized so the chair won't move if your little one is moving around a lot. The foot rest is also adjustable to three heights, so the chair really grows with your baby. The tray can be put on or removed with one hand, which is really convenient when you're trying to wrangle a hungry toddler at meal time. The only features this chair doesn't have that my other chair has is the ability to recline, and a higher back rest. These features were really handy when my son was smaller and needed a little extra support, but with all the other great features of the MOA 8-in-one, I can definitely live without those two. I received the grey (Essential graphite) color, and it's really nice and modern looking. The chair easily fits under my island countertop when it's not being used. The tray comes with a clear cover that is dishwasher safe as well. I think my husband is sick of hearing me rave about this chair, but it really is a fantastic product!
Without a doubt the worst item I have purchased for my child. I don't know how this thing won a design award, but it is so frustrating to use and downright dangerous.1. The belt and shoulder straps come apart very easily. This means when you want to put your child in the chair you need to hold onto a squirming child with one hand, thread the shoulder & waist strap together, then pick up the centre strap and try to connect all three straps together with one hand - such a nightmare.2. The "adjustable" foot rests have two positions and they are next to useless for any child younger then maybe 2? (I don't really know, my child is 50th percentile height and 11 months and isn't even close to using the foot rests)3.
