Easy to take, tastes good, mixes very well. I’m very much an amateur, just trying to workout and get fitter but it seems to be helping me loose some fat and maintain/gain muscle and I am making progress on my workouts.

I have tried loads of other supplements and I now stick to this one. Since starting shred system about 6 months ago, my body has changed into the way I want it to. Much more physique and body shape all men want. Works a treat and they taste awesome. I do use more than one serving a day though as the protein is not the highest on the market. Works as a great meal replacement.

I liked this product. The protein is working, so I would say is a good option if you want to get some muscles without bulking. Vanilla flavour was great and mix it very well with some other fruits.
By far the best tasting shred protein mix. Mixes/ shakes very well with no chunky bits. I am more than happy to pay a little extra for the quality and I'm going to be sticking with Max's protein through my fitness journey if this is what I can expect.Also a big thanks to Nutrition warehouse I ordered this yesterday before 12 pm and received it today at 11 am. I have been ordering and using this protein for years. With combination of gym and diet I find it beneficial for weight loss and recovery, it keeps me full and feeling less snacky.This is My go to everytime.
When you work long shifts, punch a gym session after work, but you don't wanna load your gut with camp food before you have to crash out n go to bed. Have one of these - it'll hit the spot. Even mix it with a couple shots of expresso with ice and oak milk for the start of your shift. 👌🏼
I tried other cheaper protein powders and found little change. Since moving to Max’s shred, I’m dropping weight, more energy and it keeps you full for ages. Vanilla is the best as you can mix it with Milo or other fruits. The guys at NW at Erina are great and can recommend other products to mix with the super shredder. Enjoy!
