First of all-- a great product, sturdy, relatively light weight yet heavy duty enough to carry a good load. The problem is/ was putting it together. (A). the tubes of the three main components do not fit well together. Trying to get the last two to fit when then is no ability to bend the tubes- makes it very difficult. (B) There is a packet of screws w/ rubber washers included to secure the tubes once/ if you can get them together. THROW THESE SCREWS IN THE GARBAGE!!! Even if you do get one of these screws to actually go all the way into the supposed pre-drilled hole, you will have stripped the phillips head on it by the time you get it all the way in

Received as described. I am an Uber driver and would like to be able to fetch clients needing a ride to the airport. Unfortunately, my Nissan does not have enough space for luggages. I saw this real value Rack. I remember buying from this company about two years ago and I was satisfied so I gave them a try again. The rack was easy to assemble and feels sturdy and solid. I am very satisfied with this purchase considering the functionality and price.

great rack for the price! bought for my Subaru Forester perfect fit. Easy and quick assembly , YouTube video if needed. A hint I will Share I sprayed a coating of Clear Leak Seal by Rust-Oleum to give it added rust protection and protect the paint lt looks sharp!

Looks great but dont feel great. Poor quality and finish. Very thin paint so I didnt install it on my car. Was afraid it would start to rust if I had outdoor. And that it would be hard to sell.
This basket works well, but its lack of being sealed from the elements causes rusty water to drip onto your car. The wing nuts used to secure it should have been replaced with something easier to tighten securely. The wing nuts are difficult to torque. There are higher quality baskets from companies like Maxx haul that sell for around $25 to $35 less.
All pieces fit without any difficulty (I recommend watching the company’s YouTube video, it covers challenges like “the screws don’t fit!” They do, you just have to...well, watch the video! Also, use a drop of dish soap to help the short rubber sleeves that fit over the screws...MUCH easier that way than dry.Inside dimensions: L 38 1/2” x W 34”Very good roof rack, would buy again if ever needed!
The product was offered as a new , but was used in bad conditions just painted but a lot of scratches and sings peeling off. Original sign was out he just replaced for a fake new ,so upset with this business and also very frustrated with all the lies in the announcement of the product.
Great rack for a great price. The rack was easy to assemble and easy to mount. We used the rack on a recent camping trip and it performed as well as any rack on the market. Definitely well worth the money.
