Love using this to make easy flavorful meals. I find the flavor to be subtle and nuanced. I’ve simmered tofu, chickpeas, chicken, paneer and veggie meals in this delicious sauce. Another plus is the sodium content is not too high per serving. A lot of jarred sauces go heavy on the sodium and msg, so I appreciate how pure the ingredients seem to be.

It is a bit expensive but you get hat you paid for. The lovely hint of coconut keeps watering your mouth for more. Love the korma taste. I would absolutely recommend with chicken. Add little bit of onion and chicken and stir! Enjoy! This packaging makes it so easy to cook and prepare with!

Pretty much anything with the word coconut on it is going to get a try from me. And I love Indian food. I made this Coconut Korma with chicken, corn and mushrooms this morning and it came out great. The coconut in this is in the creaminess rather than as a flavor. The cardamom comes through nicely and to me there is almost a tomato taste as well. It made up a good amount and I think it would feed three comfortably served over rice. I will be buying this one again. Authentic and tastes great.

The first time I got this sauce, it was amazing. It was rich and creamy and was perfect for sinmering chicken. I just bought it a second time and was incredibly disappointed. The sauce doesn't taste anything like what I bought the first time. It's salty to the point of being inedible, and there's no coconut flavor at all. Unfortunately, I won't be buying this product again.

I used this to try Korma Fish over rice. Delicious!!! The taste is perfect, not too spicy and not bland at all….just right. It was such a wonderful pairing with the Cod and Rice. Perfect for a nice, simple, delicious dinner for two.
I normally love this stuff and make korma with it once a week but the last couple months of getting it on my grocery order, it’s been so dark, watery, and flavorless.
This sauce is horrible - way too much cardamom, to the point where it overpowers everything else. I am perhaps too used to very westernized versions of Korma (creamy, sweeter) and this was disappointing. Prefer the taste of Patak’s.
