Fitme matte poreless normal to oily skin itls my go to! So many shades to choose and cater to certain skin types....that's always a lust for me. I love a brand that cares for dry,oily and combination skin types because we all have different reactions throughout the day. This formula stays for as long as I wear my makeup. It has a promise to appear Poreless and Matt made with Aveca De L'argile Clay. When applying this liquid foundation with my brush it glides on pretty smoothly. And blends out easily with a sponge. With one layer you notice coverage that is pretty natural looking and has a hint of a dew. So you may want one layer or you can build it up for a Glam. Not sure if my skin is super oily but I get a det finish and about after 4hrs I have to blot. But hey I'm oily!! There is no scent which is ok because I didn't mind if it did or not. But what I would change is if there was a pump or an applicator.

I am in love with this product. I love the matte+poreless liquid foundation as well, and I got this in the same shade (classic ivory). I should note, it is a tiny bit lighter in color than the liquid (which for me was fine). I would say it’s light/medium coverage, but buildable. I was looking for a powder foundation bc summer in my hometown is sweltering, and I have oily skin. This product is incredible! I absolutely love it. I wish like anything that it was around when I was a teen. It’s very easy to use, so very beginner friendly, but also extremely effective. I use it with some concealer and it looks great. This powder has pigment to it so you can wear it alone over your skincare or you can do a full face (skincare and follow with liquid or cream foundation routines) and use this lightly over top for a completely airbrushed look! You can take a sponge and gently press this over top of your foundation for a smooth base! If you want lighter coverage then lightly tap in with a brush and just set the face without getting that ghastly white flashback that you can often get with using white or “translucent” setting powders. I have oily, sensitive, light olive skin. This foundation is such a great budget find for my lighter makeup days! I typically use this over a primer and setting spray, with a dampened makeup sponge. I use 128 (warm nude) and it's a great shade match for me. The consistency is a thicker liquid, not a cream but not watery, either. Since it's lighter, it does absorb a bit into the sponge, but I find that it helps me with more even application across the face. One layer is light-medium coverage for me, and I'll add a second layer if I want a bit more coverage— super buildable! I have very oily skin but it’s also very textured and I have dry patches from acne. I’ve been using this foundation since like 6th grade and I’m 20 now and still swear by it. Not only does it have a really good shade range especially for a drugstore product it has a really long wear time and a beautiful Finnish. I live in Florida and the humidity here ruins makeup like no other but this still lasts at least 4-6 hours on a super sweaty day. It’s got medium to full coverage but it’s buildable if you want less coverage. It has very natural matte Finnish and leaves your skin still looking like skin. It leaves behind a very smooth like and blurs fine lines and pores.

Maybelline Fit Me line has been around for quite some time now. I have owned the Dewy version and the Matte version of this foundation. They are both pretty good foundations. Especially for the price point! The coverage of this foundation is medium to full coverage as it layers very well without causing noticeable or patchy areas. The matte part of it works for sure especially if you have naturally oily skin. Wear time is excellent. I always wear a setting powder and setting spray as well with it as I would any liquid foundation. No oxidation seems to really happen over time, which is always a plus. Gave us sores on the face. Horrible rash!

I bought this for two of my children who perform on stage regularly, hoping for a clean makeup since it's required for their costumes. They each used this once, and broke out in a rash immediately the next day, after removing (not wearing overnight). I tried once more thinking it must be the makeup remover, and one child popped out with sores all over his face (normally perfectly clear skin) and my other child woke up with flaking off skin, wrinkled and dry! I tried using some on my chin and broke out with huge pussing pimples the next day (I am 41). When I tried to return the makeup, was told I have to do it in the store. No online returns. For a $7 makeup? Definitely going in the trash. No way this is okay.

Great for oily, acne prone skin

I LOVE this formula. I use it over elf pore blurring primer. I love the results. I spent money getting my makeup done at Sephora to see what more expensive products were like (Ilya and some high end primer) and within 2 hours, that expensive stuff applied by a lady who does makeup all day was separating... and I decided to save a bunch of money and stick with my drugstore combo. It got me through 10 hours for a wedding and I still looked good at the end of the night. I like applying this with damp cosmetic wedges or a foundation brush. I just wish there was a pump and I would be willing to pay more for that. I tried reusing the pump from another empty cosmetic bottle after I cleaned it, but the threads were the wrong size.

Made my skin look orange

First of all, I love the formula of this foundation. It blends nicely & made my skin look smooth. It's matte but didn't dry out my face or cling to any smaller dry patches. It's medium coverage so if you want a more full coverage foundation I wouldn't get this. I didn't love the lid/cap. There's no pump or stick for application, it's just a pretty big opening after you remove the lid. It's really easy to spill but it's not that big of a deal for me personally. My only issue with this is it made my face look orange? Online & even in person it looked like my shade. I applied it on the back of my hand first just to make a comparison to my actual skin and it looked normal & like a good match. Tried but no replacement for dream mousse

Bought this as I was looking for a replacement fit my Maybelline dream mousse foundation that's been discontinued tho I don't know why it had lovely smooth coverage. Went on easily. Economical lasted along time and I had so many compliments on how good it looked on my skin at 67 I think that's a good recommendation why they finish a product that so many peoples had used for years quite happily I am lost now without it not happy with disappointed alternative but may have to look at other brands. What a loss for Maybelline . I used it for about thirty years. They told me to try the age renew foundation but that is 14-15 pounds dream mousse was around 7.99. Hence the replacement I presume doubling the price. Not happy.
