Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Perfector 4-in-1 Matte Makeup - Medium/Deep

This is my new holy grail. I was using NYX Bare With Me tinted veil but couldn’t find it anymore. I saw this and thought I would give it a try. I’m glad I did! This is so light and airy; very easy to apply! It doesn’t look cakey or give you that ugly mask look. It just makes me feel more confident as it has such a natural finish. It feels really good to apply. I have light skin and usually the light shades of these types of foundations still leave an off hue to my skin - not this one! I still use powder to set but the end result is a soft airbrushed effect. I just feel like I have been searching for the perfect foundation my whole life and finally found it! I was thrilled to try the new Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Instant Perfector 4-in-1 Matte Makeup because I'm already a fan of so many Maybelline products. I've never tried a 4-in-1 product so I was curious how it would change my current everyday routine. I was hesitant at first as the product was a bit darker than I usually use and I was afraid that it might not be a good match for me. I was happily surprised though, because it did sheer out and match to my skin after application. It had a silicone sort of feel when applied and left my skin feeling smooth. I would definitely wear this on it's own for "no makeup" makeup looks and will continue to use it as a primer for my full glam days.

I honestly loved this makeup. It was very smooth and light and didn't dry out my face or make it looked creased. When apply my normal liquid foundation I usually have to first do a toner but with this make up I tried it both ways and it worked like magic without toner. I also loved this makeup because I was able to apply all my makeup just using one product instead of a whole bag of different products. As a mom this allowed me to cut back on the time it was taking me to get my makeup on in the morning. With the 4 in 1 I wore makeup more often since it gave me the time to put on a full face in half the time.
