The Green house arrived in May. It was well packed with a thick book of clear easy to follow instructions. Pick a none windy day as until its erected it is light weight and becomes strong and ridged on completion.All the parts are labelled or stamped with part number to ease its constructionOne bit I did comment on was the few spare parts included which make it easy if you drop a nut or bolt you don't have to scramble around before fixing that part.. Very impressed as often you don't get spare in anything these days. The door has a catch and a hole for pad lock when closed and its held open with a magnet when open. OK this greenhouse is at the lower end of the price scale, basically entry level but my wife is delighted with it.We purchased it about 6 weeks ago. As others have stated there are numerous pieces to it & all told it will Probably take 2 of you about 6-8 hours to put it all together. We put it together over 2 days.Kudos to the lady who built it herself she must be part octopus to hold different sections together!!!You will need to secure it to a proper base we had a concrete slabbed area which was level only downside to that is the frame base is 'C' shaped so it means you have to drill the securing holes at about 45° & the pre drilled holes in the frame will take an M8 coach bolt .You'll also need a ratchet with a short extension bar & a 10mm or 3/8" (same ... MoreOK this greenhouse is at the lower end of the price scale, basically entry level but my wife is delighted with it.We purchased it about 6 weeks ago. It's basically like a giant model kit.What we found with the polycarbonate sheets altho already cut to size - they were sometimes cut slightly oversize at the ends simple enough job just to cut them straight & they then fitted no problem. Also don't tighten up the nuts & bolts fully leave them finger tight as when it starts to take shape you'll find you need to loosen bolts off to get everything to fit together & be straight & level.Follow the instructions which are all pictorial & fairly self explanatory & easy to follow & just take yer time.We've got it in a sheltered corner of the garden. so now to see how it lasts over a Scottish autumn & winter but so far my wife's cuttings & seedlings for next year are coming along nicely. She's delighted.

I've given it a 4 as there are a few things I think could be better but overall I'm really happy with it.It took me a day and a half to put together on my own. Would have been faster if I'd had enough space to have all the pieces next to where I was working and didn't keep stopping to admire my handiwork. I think with two people you could easily put it up in about 5 hours.Talking of space, you do need about 3-4 feet either side so you can slide in the roof panes from the bottom. The panels do rattle a bit in the wind but it's not too loud from the outside. It's much louder when you're inside the greenhouse! If I were to add something to the design I'd add some kind of filler strip to wedge the roof panes more firmly in their grooves as I think this is a large part of it. I've stuffed in a few wadges of bubble wrap to dampen the rattling for now until I come up with a better fix. Again, a minor niggle.The engineering is very clever and if you take your time to make sure it's all square as you go, most of the pre-drilled holes are in the correct place. One of the holes on the roof ridge had missed its mark but the other three were ok so not a big problem. For me, the front apex took a bit of brute force to get it to meet the door frame properly.Things I wished were better:The plastic trim bits. Only one of the four corner pieces that 'slide' into the guttering fitted properly and the apex trims were clearly a Friday afternoon design job as they wouldn't have withstood the attentions of an interested pigeon without falling off. Gorilla Glue fixed it. You also need this piece to hold the roof vent in place at the outer edge on the 6x4 version, so it does need to be better.The plastic bits joining the base sections which mean the base flexes from straight. Not a huge issue in a 6x4 I think but, for me, they'd be better in steel. My tip would be: take time to make sure your long base sections are exactly the same length once they've been joined to give yourself the best chance of keeping it square all the way up!Worth going around and tightening things up and making adjustments the day after you've built it as it did seem to settle overnight.Make sure you fix it to the ground - it is very light! The day after I built mine we had 60mph winds and hail. Luckily my garden is fairly sheltered and everything held up OK, other than the window blowing open a few times.PackagingComes in a big cardboard box held together with a few plastic strips. Paper tape in more places would have done a better job though - and be more eco friendly. Inside there was one big piece of cardboard holding the panes in place. Bolts, screws etc and plastic fittings were in plastic bags. Everything really well labelled so you can work out what's what. A few extra bolts added for good measure, which came in handy as very occasionally you get one with a duff thread. Very impressed to be left with just the instruction book and a very small bag of a few spare nuts and bolts at the the end after I'd recycled the boxes and bags. The tape had to go in the bin.DeliveryComes straight from the manufacturer and annoyingly there's no tracking available so no real idea of when it will arrive in the fairly large delivery window. Luckily it arrived on the day I was there.Bottom line: I'm very happy with this greenhouse and have already spent hours in it. I think it's excellent value for money and I'd buy it again.

Quite complex to put together and the instrutions are not always clear. Catering for over a dozen languages. Thankfully I had a Mecanno set when I was younger. We found out halfway through the build that the roof panels can not be put in place if you position the green house next to a fence, as we did. (There's a trap for young players!) We got it done but had to disassemble part of it and place the panels in reverse which increased the construction time considerably and was not that easy to do. Now it is up it seems to be pretty good and looks alright.
Excellent greenhouse. Took about 8hrs to build by myself. Easy to put together as long as you have the base level everything else slots into place. Great that you can put the door onto open left or right. Options to put the window too. Only concern i have is the plastic planels. Will they withstand the high winds? Only time will tell.
I managed to build this greenhouse single handed. I used a few YouTube videos to prepare a sound foundation and it took 2 days to assemble and secure to the base. The instructions are all in pictures and fairly easy to follow, however I did have to strip and rebuild the roof vent due to a mistake earlier in the build. The finished greenhouse looks and feels good quality and perfect in an area unsuitable for a glass greenhouse.
We are very pleased with our purchase, but you need to put in a good 4-5 hours to assemble it and have someone good at reading instruction manuals with you. We had to call on our son to help.It all went together though and is a good addition to the garden, the 6x4 foot is compact enough to have one seat in it and a small plant shelf. On reflection, I think the next size up would have been more useful, especially if two of you want to sit in it. :),- but we like it now it's up.
Took far too long to build ( 5.5 hpurs ! ) due to being fiddly & not very helpful instructions & we'd built a shed in half the time, we're not new to building our own either. Quality was not great considering the cost & they hadn't measured & lined parts up properly so things didn't fit together as they should. Couldn't fit the water drain away on the corners due it not lining up & one of the windows has a gap at the bottom due to it's manufacturing so I now have to seal that. Window will not shut tight either due to the design. Disappointed & wouldn't buy again.
Although the clear panels look a bit flimsy prior to assembly, once is is all put together the whole structure is rigid and looks like it will stand the test of time. The assembly instructions are very clear and I had no problem putting it together. The wife is happy and that means so am I. I had to trim excess material off the edges off a couple of the clear panels with scissors as they were tight in the channels. Good product.

Because we are 8 years older than when we erected the first one and the insurance company agreed to pay, we got a greenhouse installer to put it up for us.He had not done this particular greenhouse before and it took him and partner about 6 hours. There is a strong magnet on the bottom corner which sticks to the base (galvanised iron), bringing the bottom in tightly. However, the door pivots on the fastener so the top corner doesn't rest against the frame. Pity. One magnet on the top wouldn't work as frame is aluminium but they could have provided 2 magnets for the top, which would help.Overall, we're very pleased with it. Plants yet to be tried!
