Awesome Grinder!

Bought for my coffee shop and it is perfect. Quick, quiet and knocks out the shots fast! A bit tricky dialing in the correct grind but after that its all money. We use a triple basket for our double shots and there is no spillage.

I bought the mazzer super jolly electronic doserless after my mazzer mini doser model called it quits. While researching prices online PRIMA was about $400 cheaper than any other provider. I'm in love with this grinder. I own and operate a coffee kiosk in a business building and this grinder is perfect for my medium to high volume operation. It grinds 19 grams of coffee in about 9.8 seconds and is very very consistent and accurate. This product has cut my production time in half and even saves on waste. I will be looking at PRIMA for any other needs I have for my shop in the future. Thanks guys!!!

Excellent grinder!!

I worked with a sub-par grinder for a month, and didn't realize what I was missing!! This grinder is fast and easy to work! I have doubled my speed, just from this grinder. Well worth every cent!!!

I've been making espresso for 23 years and mazzer electronic grinder is one of my favorite pieces of equipment. Very reliable, effective, and precise. It simplifies training baristas and enables them to be more consistent. Had my first Mazzer for 23 years!

Compaired to the Mahlkonig e65s, I found this machine to be on par if not a bit better in performance and build quality but lacking in other areas.Impressive built quality and sleek retro look. It really stands out and doesnt feel plastic like. Lots of metals and just overall really well done.Able to really fine tune light roast which require more finer grinding. I struggled with finer grinds on the e65s even after recalibrating.In comparison to the e65s, the SJ pro was able to produce fluffy grinds with minimum static.The adjustment ring was very accurate and fine tuning was a breeze vs the wiggle room and lack of micro adjustments on e65s.Has nice display and tactile buttons for sorting through the menu.Able to swap burrs for different flavor ... MoreCompaired to the Mahlkonig e65s, I found this machine to be on par if not a bit better in performance and build quality but lacking in other areas.Impressive built quality and sleek retro look. Burrs would run but not grounds would come out. Very odd and happened more often to become an issue.Retention is awful. Slight movement or bump of the unit send grounds flying down the funnel. This is due to the static chamber holding a lot of coffee after each use.Cleaning is a pain in comparison to the e65s. You have to clean the funnel, the static chamber and the burr area, and its just everywhere.Short hopper lets out coffee flakes from the slits to pull the bean tab. Beans tend to sit on this tab as well, so you always have to keep an eye on it.Overall, if this was a small coffee shop, no question I would recommend this. Its a good contender. It produces great coffee grounds. However, for home use, the gripes I thought I could live with are just the opposite. I find them to have gotten annoying vs liveable. Going to miss the look hands down.
