Very good product. Provides firm support but still allows me to move quite freely. I wear for doing F45 as I have had issues with knee pain. Allows me to do squats/lunges etc pain free. The velcro straps allow you to set how firm you want the compression.

Entry level knee brace for mild knee issues. Fits very well. The Velcro tabs are quite strong and the brace stays on during high intensity exercise
My daughter likes it and it gives extra support on her knee specially when playing her sport.
To put it simply this brace is awesome.When ever Im out for a run or after this brace gives me the support and pain relief I need.
I like that I'm able to adjust the amount of pressure being applied to my knee but have resorted to wearing my old sleeve underneath this one as the edge of the sleeve rubs a bit on the back of the knee. Otherwise happy with it's performance.
