Meal Replacement Strawberry & Cream / 900g

The texture is not great. The flavour is good. However there is something in this product that caused my stomach to bloat really badly and become very sore. I always use True for my protein and never had an issue however this meal replacement was not good.I have only used this 4 times and won’t be using it again. Just wasted $78

Fantastic Meal Replacement

This is my fav meal replacement by far! The taste is smoother, and the short ingredient list is the best feature! Have tried choc, strawb, and vanilla, and all flavours are great. My favorite is definitely chocolate- but it always is!

If you compare their products to others, you will see the difference in the ingredients. Nothing artificial, no synthetic stabilisers or flavours, just straight up good ingredients. I contacted True before buying with some questions about their definition of natural ingredients as my understanding of natural ingredients is something found in nature. The explanation I got was that although the ingredients are processed, they are done so from only natural ingredients. Slightly confused, my next questions was what is true’s definition of unnatural ingredients. I was told they wouldn’t know because they don’t use any. How can you claim to not include something in your product if you don’t know what it is? I was expecting this to be Australia’s answer to Huel which is 400 calories per serve. This is a snack replacement at best. Hopefully this changes.

Love the new mix!

I have been using the All-In-One-Meal replacement for many months as my brekkie on the run. I got used to the gritty nature of it and kept buying it.This new, improved version however of the meal replacement is fantastic. I tried one of the samples provided in my recent purchase and I am very happy. Smooth, filling, tasty, easy on the gut. I love it! SO much so that I'm considering ditching the open bag of the A-I-O before I've even finished it so I can start into the new bag!Thanks TP team, very happy customer here :)

My Favourite New Product!

Absolutely love the new True Protein Meal Replacement! The Strawberries & Cream flavour is my favourite so far, but can't wait to try the Salted Caramel next. It’s the perfect blend of nutrition and convenience and is SO creamy- no grittiness at all. This product keeps me full and energized throughout the day and makes for a perfect on-the-go breakfast for those extra busy days. Highly recommend for anyone looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle!

Rich Choc absolute WINNER!

I am always so hungry in the morning after training and never know what to eat to benefit my body and keep me away from snacking. I love that I don’t have to think or meal prep anymore - this is a simple and easy way to get so much goodness and nutrients in my body that I probably couldn’t get if I made the meal myself. The taste is so creamy and delicious and it ACTUALLY keeps this hungry gal full!

Sweet As Strawberry

OK, so, I love True Protein products, usually, but this one.... oh my. The strawberries and cream is way too sweet for my taste, whereas most TP products are just right for me. Maybe it's because this is a 60g serve rather than the usual 30g on the other products I use, but I honestly can't handle it. Using a Bamix to blend it I also find it way thicker than other TP products, so the texture is off for me. I'm going to try dropping the serving size back to 30g and see how that goes - I imagine it'll be far more palatable, but it will defeat the purpose of using it as a meal replacement.Alternatively I guess you could also add more liquid to make it more agreeable. Anyway, my suggestion would be that, if you can, try before you buy!

True Meal Replacement - Rich Chocolate

I've been replacing breakfast and sometimes lunch on my busy days. As per usual, the flavours with True are so nice and most importantly, the ingredients list is so clean. Full of all of the nutrients I need. Love it.

Very Impressed

I received a free sample of this with a recent purchase (in the flavour rich chocolate), I decided to try it on a whim and was completely blown away. It tasted great, was light on my stomach, and kept me full all afternoon. Highly recommended!!
