Our Ragdoll cat, 5 years old has always had allergies to many wet foods. He is quite good with dried food but the size of the pellet can be an issue. Too large and he has trouble breaking it and too small he eats it too quickly and makes himself sick. We now feed him a mixture of both Royal Canin Ragdoll dried food and Meals for Meows Kangaroo and Turkey which he really goes for. He seems to like to have a couple of different flavours of food. We are no longer wasting a lot of the food we have bought. I am pleased to see you are now stocking this also as I find the service and prices from Pet Circle are excellent. This may not solve all your cats problems! One of my cats has IBS and had been happily eating Royal Canin Hypoallergenic, but due to its shortage and price we decided to try the Meals for Meows Kangaroo and Turkey. Even though he's on steroidal anti inflammatory tablets, his reaction to this product was violent and distressing (IBS remember... enough said?). We have since had to go back to the expensive RC product. Our other cats just simply don't like the taste of the K&T. I'd order the Mackerel version but either Pet Circle is continuing to be incompetent when it comes to stock ordering or MFM cannot keep up production.

Well my cats eat Meals for meows this with no problems and come back for more and i vary their diet raw meat and top tinned no grains. 20 kg is good value for money but after 2 cats eating 40kg meals for meows for a year and a bit their very shiny coat is diminished. Diet is just one cause of this I am going to buy top notch dry food high in fish oils low in carbs. to compare coats I will include Meals for meows no grains fish 20 kg as well which is great in between dry food to stretch out more expensive double price dry food. Meals for meows can you look at cats coats and boost your formula for and all round food thanks.
I bought this thinking "Ooh it's on sale and such good value for money and it can't be that much bigger than the 7kg". Then it got here and it's bigger than I could ever possibly have imagined. I only have two cats and I'm pretty sure this bag will feed them until next year. It seems to have infinite biscuits. I don't even have anywhere in my house big enough to store it. What have I done? Maybe I could just leave it open and see if one of my cats just lives in it? Should I get more cats? Send help.
A trusted breeder recommended me this brand. I bought both Mackerel and Kangaroo one. My cat wasn't very crazy for both in the beginning but I left him no choice so eventually he got use to it and finished those 2 bags. I guess this brand didn't add much "enhancers" just for the sake of increasing the palatability. I'm always a bit skeptical about some kibbles with very high palatability. I'm willing to buy this brand again, just hoping pet circle can stock the 9kg pack soon as 20kg is too much for 1 cat owner.
Our 2 cats love this food. We've tried a few different brands during the pandemic when availability was variable and this one seems to be one of their favourites. They also like the other flavours including Salmon and Mackerel, Duck and Kangaroo. The single protein varieties can be helpful for those with sensitivities to certain meats. If I could change one thing it would be the kibble size. It's flat and not very thick so doesn't offer the same tooth abrasion as some others we've tried.
I have several cats, only one of them will actually eat this! I bought a 9kg of this one and the fish version. They will grudgingly eat the fish, but both bags have a 'resealable' freshness seal which doesn't seal. So now I have 18kg of food for 1 cat :( Back to Advance and Royal Canin for us!
My cat gets struvite crystals in his urine so the vet recommended putting him on a low pH formula dry food. I tried this product as a healthier (gluten free) alternative to other brands like Hills prescription diet, Purina One, and Royal Canin and I am very pleased with the results. He has been on it for 6 months now and hasn't had a case of struvite crystal build up since. I was previously buying the 2.3kg bag but have upsized to the 9kg bag as my other cat loves the flavour and eats it as well now. I would definitely recommend giving it a try. - hypoallergenic - gluten free - helps prevent struvite crystals - my cats love the taste
My cat was on this food for approximately 3 weeks. Once i switched to this food he started drinking water more often and vomited once a week. The vomiting got progressively worse until one day he refused to eat or drink at all and vomited for half a day. I stopped this food and switched to his old food and by the end of that day he was fine. He has been on his old food for nearly a week now, his drinking went back to normal and he hasn't vomited once.
