I recently purchased this meat tenderizer by Gourmet Easy, and I am very happy with it. The tenderizer is made of food grade Stainless Steel, with a textured grip, as well as one textured and one smooth hammering edge. It feels good in hand, and it is not overly heavy. I especially like that it is one solid piece, so I never have to worry about the top getting detached during use. It works well on meat, and mashing potatoes too! I would recommend getting one.

I recently purchased this meat tenderizer by Gourmet Easy, and I am very happy with it. The tenderizer is made of food grade Stainless Steel, with a textured grip, as well as one textured and one smooth hammering edge. It feels good in hand, and it is not overly heavy. I especially like that it is one solid piece, so I never have to worry about the top getting detached during use. It works well on meat, and mashing potatoes too! I would recommend getting one.
I like that this has a little weight to it,so it doesn't take much effort to use. It is durable. It is easy to clean.
This tenderizer is easy to handle. The texture on the handle makes it easy to hold while tenderizing your meat. The head is a nice size and covers a large portion of your meat. It is definitely what I needed to help me in the kitchen.
I love the look of this meat tenderizer it makes me feel like a chef. The stainless steel is shiny but not slippery. The handle is easy to hold for small and large hands. It is weighted well allowing for less wrist and hand fatigue. I also like that the teeth end of the mallet are deep so they bite into the meat. The smooth end is great for spreading out chicken cutlets evenly without having those uneven spots. This has become my favorite kitchen tool its almost to pretty to put away in the utensil drawer.
I do a lot of cooking and I have been wanting to invest in a meat tenderizer for some time now. This meat tenderizer delivers great results and it helps to bring out the flavor and your meat dishes, as well as tenderize your meat. It has a great solid feel even though it’s lightweight. It’s also dishwasher safe which is a huge plus for me since I hate hand washing dishes. It’s solid and durable, but it also looks really pretty and has a really pretty shine. The handle has a textured pattern which allows you to easily grip so that it won’t slide from your hand. Overall I’m very happy with this product!
I broke my last meat tenderizer while crushing ice and was looking for a replacement made of only one material/one piece to prevent breakage. This Gourmet Easy meat tenderizer is so nice! As far as kitchen tools go, it’s pretty to look at and has a good weight to it. The textured grip makes it easy to hold on to while using, even if your hands are wet or slippery. There is a side for pounding and side for tenderizing and both are very effective. The stainless steel is dishwasher safe, easy to clean, and has a nice shine to it. There is a loop at the end of it for convenient storage - I hang it on a hook next to some of my other kitchen tools. It is solidly constructed and I think it will last longer than I do!

If you need to pound some meat, this thing will do the trick. Bout this to more easily cook chicken to put on salads, it was more expensive then others on the market, but its very well built and sold, I doubt that you would ever need to replace it. Happy pounding folks!
