before setting to a budgeproof finish. I’ve got 3 shades, wish they had more shades especially in the light nude and creamy beige range. Haven’t tried the shimmer

There is a learning curve with stick and cream shadows in general if you’re used to powder. They’re far creamier and blendable, and they do eventually set to a longwear finish. In my late 30s and by far prefer how stick and cream shadows look on my crepey eyes. This is a fabulous longwear formula that’s almost a soft blur. Easy to blend before setting to a budgeproof finish. I’ve got 3 shades, wish they had more shades especially in the light nude and creamy beige range. Haven’t tried the shimmer equivalent yet

I love these for a quick 15min makeup look for work. A little bit of foundation, these stick, mascara and blush - I am good to go.They do need a good eyelid primer (morphe is perfect) and they take a minute to blend with a stiffer brush and light buff. But they work!!I also use the espresso shade with a small flat/square brush for eyeliner and it’s the bomb! I’ve never been good with eyeliner (esp winged) but after a few day it goes on like a pro

I bought these after sampling on my hand at Mecca - I got the rose, caramel and taupe. The colours are beautiful. They apply nicely though I find it hard to blend them out without them looking muddy. I just draw it on and blend the edges slightly with my finger.I use the Bobbi Brown sticks normally in their cream/matte shades (which dry completely and do not budge) and these ones are not nearly as good. I applied eyeliner too (stila stay all day) and by the end of the day the eyeshadow stick had picked up my liner making a smudgy line on my eyelid. so I guess they don't dry down completely and stay a little tacky. Big improvement from the previous zoom shadow sticks in matte shades though which were more waxy and really hard to blend.So I'm going to use these ... I have a whole bunch of these now as I really love the formula and ease of use. I have hooded eyelids and they do breakdown a little towards the end of the day, but I've found they last longer with some setting powder over the top. Great for travel and the handbag. I use these on my lips too!

I have a few Zoom Shadow Sticks which I love to use for an easy everyday eye-look. Swipe on, brush over lightly and you're done! My favourite shade is Terracotta, but I also love the Mauve-coloured shades, too. I definitely prefer the matte shades over the shimmery ones - just a personal preference. But love the ease of application and colour range available.

I really like the idea of these but for some reason even the cool toned end up looking orange. I initially got the caramel and found that it immediately looked a lot more orange/red than expected once I blended it out and seemed to turn even more orange as time went on. Subsequently I bought the toffee colour which I hoped would come out more of a neutral brown as it appears, but it too blended out significantly more orangey than expected and by the end of the day looks even more red/orange/rusty. I really like the formula in terms of how easy it is to apply and blend out for a simple and quick eye look but I just wish they could make the colours right.

I was given this product as a birthday gift/beauty loop and am so glad I didn’t spend my money directly toward the product. Though pigmented, I have never had a product blend so badly. It almost instantly felt as though it was drying my skin. I immediately hated it and checked its rating, which isn’t at all high. I am usually pleasantly surprised by Mecca freebies, however hope they choose to not send this out anymore.

I have found that each time I wear this matt zoom shadow stick I get extremely dry & itchy eyes.I do not have this issue when I just wear the normal zoom shadow sticks of which I have five different colours, & wear nearly every day.I do not wear contacts either.
