Easy to install. Works well. Compare to other retractable hose products this does exactly the same job and much cheaper. I removed an expensive system as it stopped retracting and replaced with this one

Easy. to install, easy to use & great price. If you're looking for a reasonably priced water hose reel, this is the one. For this price you also get a 20 mtr hose instead of 10. Also the easy to navigate Repco website made ordering great.

Bought this on special,, thought "why not tidy up the yard a bit"... was sick of the hose on portable reel.Glad I did, so far has been excellent... Mounted it on the back wall.Didn't give it full star rating as I haven't had it long

Purchased online, installed correctly, hose had issues pulling out and retracting on first go. After investigating realized belt for self layering system has slipped off the gear. No way to get fingers in ther to re allign the belt to the gear. Very upset as i purchased a dud. Purchased due to good reviews so dont know why this has happened with my one. Can someone come out to fix it? Dont want to replace the whole thing if its such an easy fix thst a tech can do.
Great product at the best price. I have been waiting for a hose reel to come on special, somewhere. I was not expecting repco to be the place i would find it but they have surprised be a few times lately. Great to see
Pretty great value for what it is. The reel works flawlessly. The only drawback is the thin diameter which doesn't flow as fast as some of my other hoses. I replaced the seals with gardena ones as a precaution.
A nifty hose and reel for our kindergarten. Retracts super fast so stand clear when this is happening. Would recommend and we got it on sale too. Bonus! Not as long as our previous hose but we knew that, and for the price, can't complain.
Happy with Mechpro 20 metre hose reel. Have been able to use several times before end of season and more than satisfied with it's performance and price when on sale. Good hose reel in it's price range compared to others ive purchased.
I ordered my Mechpro 20 M water hose reel on line. It turned up safely in a few days, with good communication to say it was on its way. This is the second one I have purchased. I am very happy with them both, they operate exactly as you would expect. Easy to install, with good instructions and all you need in the kit to install. They look good on the side of the house and are really good value for the cost paid. I would definitely recommend them.
I've bought this based on the high rating and that was my mistake. The hose is of terrible quality and started leaking on second day. And to make things worse my Mum went over the yellow ring which you can't go beyond under any circumstances, so I had to make another trip to the waste disposal. Got a Gardena instead which is flawless, though you can't really compare them due to the much higher price of the latter.
