Medela Swing Flex Single Electric Breast Pump

I have used Medela pumps before as I have 2 older children, and also in the hospital they have a Medela pump to get started on. This new breast pump set is just as good and comfortable as the previous ones I have used. What a difference to other pumps, I would choose no other. The pump is easy to assemble, very comfortable to use and I can easily express a good amount of milk, obviously the amount varies but I have always had more success with the medela pump than any other breast pump. It's also possible to use this on an engorged breast, the slow setting is quite gentle to get you going and when you have a better flow, the strong setting really gets the milk into the bottle. Only criticism is that you do still need two hands to express. This is a minor inconvenience, though, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this breast pump to any mum wanting to express her milk.

The parts are easy to put together and have not had any issues with milk leaking through the shield.There are two different sized funnel included, (different sizes can be purchased separately)Although it is slightly on the pricier end compared to other electric pumps, I believe it's still great value for money as it does a great jobWhether you are pumping to increase supply, going back to work or whether it's so your partner/someone else can also feed the baby, this pump is ideal for you.

Super disappointed in this product. I have used this item approx 15 times- so very minimal use...however it is already malfunctioning. The seal at the back is leaking which means I need to hold it together while pumping, to maintain suction. It also leaks milk, which is super frustrating, as pumping is already challenging due to the product fault, without losing milk too..!Super frustrating experience. Very disappointing, from a seemingly reputable / reliable brand and retailer.
