I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! Absolutely beautiful product x

I use this after my oxy-peptides serum has dried, morning and evening. I am sincere in saying that both are considerably lightening my sun damage hyperpigmentation patches. I appreciate that at 61 years of age, these patches won’t disappear forever but… they sure are fading and on the whole, my face and neck skin looks and feels brighter, silky, dewy and radiant…immensely happy with the fabulous advice always given so swiftly and graciously too. These products are faultless and, particularly for sun damage too! I’m forever grateful x

Beautiful serum

I absolutely adore this serum, it is the most beautiful consistency and feels so light on the skin. I’m not a huge fan of the heavier, sticky serum textures and this is perfectly light but not greasy, and it smells really, really beautiful. I actually look forward to using it! My skin is definitely brighter and more radiant after I’ve used it and I love knowing it is giving me added antioxidant protection, during the day. I will definitely repurchase this as I think the extra price point is totally worth it, my skin feels softer and definitely glows more.

Good serum

I have been using this vitamin C serum for a few weeks and I like it! It has an oily consistency when you apply it, but it absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving any sticky residue. It also has a nice texture that feels smooth and silky on the skin. It gives the skin an overall radiance that makes me look more refreshed and glowing. If you want to treat hyperpigmentation, this product might not be the best choice, but it will protect your skin from further or more severe damage.

Luxe experience & performance

I started off with the travel size, I was a little cautious as I have sensitive skin and I was a bit sceptical as to whether it would suit. I loved it and upgraded to full size. Easy to apply, no waste and brings a lovely glow to my skin on application. Any second stage moisturiser/SPF goes on easy over it with no piling, just give it a few moments to settle in. Definite improvement in some mild sun damage by the sides of my face. But…I do heed the advice. I am definitely more sensitive to any sun exposure (I also use Crystal Retinal 6). Its’s worth every bit of effort to protect, because the radiance that this product has generated for my skin is amazing.

Not for Oily Skin

I love Medik8's products, so when I was looking for a new Vitamin C serum, I grabbed this with high hopes. Sadly, it has not worked out for me. My skin is super oily and as a result, it feels like this serum just sits on top of my skin. It takes quite a bit of time and massaging/patting for it to finally "sink in". I have also not noticed much of a difference in my skin since adding this to my routine and I do have some hyperpigmentation I was hoping to see improvements with. Not sure if this is due to the lack of absorption. This product is marked "All Skin Types", but if you have oily skin I would avoid it.

Not seeing any difference

I’ve been using this for 21 days straight and I’m not seeing a difference. Not right after I put it on and not daily. Maybe it’s subtle? I love the smell, and how quickly it absorbs. I’m just not noticing anything. My face doesn’t seem brighter from this product alone.I have various other products (I don’t use them with this one) that I notice a difference immediate (a vit c mask) or over a period of time (UB pineapple peptide cream). But this? I don’t know. I know to give my face time, maybe even months, and I will. If I can I’ll update my review then.

Stepping Into Adult Skincare

This is my first exposure with vitamin c.I was nervous at first with this new high end skin care. Sudden lines before my 40th birthday on my forehead made me dive in head first.I needed to know the why for vitamin C. I found a dermatologist on YouTube. She explained the different forms of vitamin c. I was pleasantly surprised that Medik8 is using a high end stable vitamin c form. 🙌After learning about the why and collagen. I'm loving this product. I love the smell too.It will take time to give a full review. At least three months for my skin to initially adapt. Cell turnover takes at least 28 days.

Tender!

I have classic C-Tetra in full size as my every day solution, but I was tempted to get mini bottle for any travels. Well.. After new year weekend when I was not home and took C-Tetra luxe with me I just couldn't stop myself and finished it ah home.. 😅 It smells amazing, it's lite and not greasy. My hypersensitive thin skin, prone to redness and also acne( in the past but as I stopped taking birth-control I was told it could be back) was happy with it. Like REALLY. I do have EhDS and my skin is really really fragile and reactive, also any scars are even more thin.. But I don't feel any discomfort or visual defects, only softness, glowing and moisturizer experience.
