Medik8 Press & Clear Refill

I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! Excellent

This product is brilliant on my dehydrated but congested skin. I use it every other night (alternating with retinol). The next morning, spots are much reduced, congestion is cleared and skin is smoother and calmer. This is a light liquid that doesn’t leave any stickiness (compared to the PC BHA which did very little for me and left a sticky feeling). It also lasts forever, I’ve had it a few months and not yet used half. The pump dispenser is great. I’ve struggled with my skin for 20 years or so now and it’s finally in a good place thanks to this

Gentle and effective exfoliation

I was trying to use the famous Biologique Recherche P50 toners to exfoliate. But they were just too irritating for my sensitive skin. They are a wonderful company with wonderful products(many that I use) but for exfoliation I needed to look elsewhere. I had never heard of Medik8 but I took a chance and it is absolutely what I want in an exfoliating toner. Strong enough to keep my pores clear but not harsh at all in any way on my super sensitive skin. In fact it feels slightly moisturizing but not too moisturizing where I get oily. It also is ph balanced so that I can immediately go into my other skin care. It's truly just right. I am back right now for more!

Gentle yet effective

I really liked using this exfoliating toner from Medik8. In the past I have used the Medik8 press and glow, but I decided to give the press and clear a try. I used it in the morning and found it gentle and hydrating on my skin. Products layer well over it and I it has helped to keep my complexion clear. I still have some uneven skin on my cheeks, but nothing seems to make it go away entirely. I think the pump dispenser is great for getting the right amount of product and I love that the pump is recyclable. This is another outstanding product from Medik8 which I would happily repurchase in the future.

Great Toner for face

This Medik8 toner has been nice to use compared to others on the market. It doesn’t sting your face upon application, and it doesn’t feel sticky and doesn’t have an odd scent. I would recommend letting the toner sit on your face for 5-10 minutes before applying any other serums, moistures etc just to let it absorb properly in your skin, otherwise you’ll notice that the different applications blend if you know what I mean. I wouldn’t say I have noticed a difference in my skin being clearer. But it’s been a nice product to use. I really do love the Medik8 range!

Love it!

Been using this product for over a week now and I’m really loving it! It goes on the skin like a dream and it’s not irritating at all. It also absorbs into the skin well leaving no sticky/shiny residue on your face. I haven’t had any breakouts since using this and I can definitely see my skin looks a lot clearer with better texture, the only thing I would say is I haven’t seen a massive improvement in post blemish marks but this may improve over the longer I use it. There’s no smell to my product which I’ve seen a couple other reviews mentioning this. Overall, I’d definitely recommend giving this a try and appears to be very skin friendly.

Medik8 Press & Clear

I have been using this product for about 2 weeks now. I really like the pump application, it is perfect for using cotton pads. It also locks so I have never spilt or lost any product. I pre-cleanse and then cleanse so my face is clean, and then I apply this toner which has salicylic acid. It really exfoliates my skin and makes my skin feel fresh, which is perfect after a day of wearing make-up and SPF. It is inexpensive and also has refills so you can fit the pump onto a new bottle ofproduct, which isn’t something I have seen available on many other sites. I can’t rate this product higher. It is an essential in my daily routine!

Miracle product

I never usually write reviews, even when a product is good. However I was struggling with my skin type shifting to oily and experiencing lots of hormonal breakouts around my chin constantly after coming off the pill. After having negative results from the PC BHA toner, I was very hesitant to try another BHA liquid product, thinking BHA must not be an ingredient for me and it would increase breakouts to those angry under the skin bumps that nothing worked to clear. I started out using this once every 2 days but after 2 weeks I could tell my skin wasn’t going to react negatively, so I began using every PM. My skin isn’t sensitive but it is reactive to active ingredients, so I was fully anticipating irritation. I’ve been using this for a few weeks and I think it’s helped calm down that pigmentation and smooth out my texture slightly. I did go a bit mad and used it daily when I first got it which to warn potential buyers this might not suit everyone’s skin type. The skin at the corners of my mouth all cracked and was sore. Also my forehead which never has spots on it became slightly bumpy, so I think I just pushed my skin barrier a bit too hard too quickly. Started off well....

I have sensitive and blemish prone skin. I use a few of the medik8 products without any reaction, CR10 is my go to product. I really hoped this would be a great addition to my skin care routine as the press and go was too strong for my skin.The first 5-7 days was going well, I used it as instructed after cleansing am/pm my skin seemed to be clearer and had no reaction. Day 8 was a different story, my skin barrier is destroyed, I am now dealing with the worst dry, red, flakey and sore skin, my blemish scars that were no longer visible from using CR10 have now resurfaced and I have spots popping up everywhere.I have stopped using this product, once my barrier is repaired I will try again but maybe only a couple of times a week and see how it goes as maybe just too ... MoreI have sensitive and blemish prone skin.
