I got this item on a great sale. The kettle is so user friendly a child could use it. Its fast and efficient. I can heat water to pour over a tea bag or brew my very own tea mix with the strainer. The lower external portion of the kettle does get hot but that is to be expected with a glass and metal surface. I enjoy my kettle and its easy to transport for special events at work.

This water pot is great: works quickly and easily. I love the LED light which allows me to see if it is heating and when it turns off. It’ll remain on a place on my counter. Product was shipped promptly and arrived safely on the day projected. I’ve been using it for two weeks and have no complaints. It completely meets my expectations.

This electric kettle works great. But what I want to add is ITS FUN! As soon as you turn it on, the inside has small blue lights all the way around the base that light up! It stays lit til the kettle shuts itself off, after boiling. The family loves the lights! An efficient and fun addition to the kitchen!!

I brew lots of batches of tea to make Kombucha and I needed a glass tea kettle that was larger than the one I already had. This is the perfect size to brew a batch of tea and it looks so pretty brewing with the blue lights that light up when you turn it on. It has a cylinder strainer that attaches inside the lid and it also has a strainer attached to the spout that strains any leftover sediment (if any). I enjoy that feature when making a pot of coffee. Since I have had so many different electric kettles in the past I am really surprised that I love this kettle so much!
I love tea, hot soups and instant coffee. I have to replace my pot every 5 years or so. As far I'm loving this one the best. Normally, you have to boil the hot water without the tea. But with this particular part, you can actually boil your tea and your water at the same time. Genius.
There's nothing wrong with this item but it is much larger than I can use. It is scored for liters, and as an ignorant American I failed to convert to ounces correctly. It's almost 6 cups. I need 2-3 cups. Had to return it. Otherwise, very pretty, blue lights are nice to look at.
I bought this in November of 2020. It is now August 2023 and I have to replace it. It was okay in the very beginning, but here and there started leaking at the base. Then here and there it stopped shutting off. Now it leaks daily from the base. It lasted not quite 3 years. My last one lasted over 10 years! I'm replacing, but definitely wouldn't buy this one again.
I used to use a stove top kettle that depended on the stove for heat. I boiled it dry, warped it and am fortunate it didn't burn my house down. This kettle with auto shutoff at boil temperature and a boil dry sensor convinced me this is the way to go.My teapot uses 1.0 L. With the clear heat resistant glass and the LED lights in the base make it easy to see this unit is working. The LED lights turnoff once auto shutoff engages.Also, this unit boils the water more quickly than my old stove top unit. With the measuring lines I can put in the exact amount of water I need.This is definitely better than the old fashioned stove top tea kettle I used to use.Time will tell if this unit will endure.
Great Product and Value. Great and useful addition to my kitchen. I’m a big coffee and tea lover. This electric kettle just made sense. This product exceeded my expectations of it. Heats water to a boil very quickly. The removable strainer makes it easy to brew loose tea leaves and even other items such as sorrel etc. This kettle has brought additional convenience and joy to my kitchen.
Kettle malfunctioned after using it for the third time. It did not turn off after boiling point has been reached. I started with a full pot of water and when i returned the water level was about an inch away from boiling dry. I imagine that it would have started a fire if i had not checked on it before all the water had burned off.
