Another Megafood product we can't live without and have been taking for several years. Gives us energy and overall health, we take with vitamin D supplement every day. Never feel nauseous after taking which is such a bonus.

I love all the products and your line is rated very high on quality. Have to also say I'm SO impressed with the packaging! Paper tape, "bubble wrap" is paper, nice boxes! It works so well; using plastic bubble wrap should be outlawed! Your company is very earth conscious and I'm beyond impressed with that. ❣️
I like this product. It gives me what I need/want in a B Complex. I also love that I can take it on an empty stomach. That's awesome! :)
I don't like to take vitamins EVERY day because I don't want to stress my kidneys. So I take these about 3 times a week. If I forget for a full week, I feel the fatigue and immediately take them the next day and then every other. I always notice the boost of energy from these B vitamins. Mega food is my favorite brand. They never hurt my stomach and I can take them without food if I forget to eat.
Like these alot! Good they have B 12 as methyltetrahydrofolate instead of cyanocobalamin. Thank you.
Most of the products I have received from Mega foods are great. I am a 100% purchaser of their D, B, magnesium and more. The only product that I’ve tried and will absolutely not use is Blood Builder, that is not good.
My doctor told me to take vitamin B, along with calcium and vitamin D. I have found that MegaFoods vitamins are the only ones that don't hurt my stomach, so I have been a loyal customer thru Rainbow Coop or Whole Foods, for years. Recently discovered the subscription service. Very convenient. Only wish is you would also carry calcium supplements (like Alive calcium) for me. Also teenage girls need calcium and vit D in adult doses, but cannot swallow your giant size pills. Could they be smaller?
This vitamin agrees with me. I do not get nervous with it like alot of B vitamins. I take 1 in the morning and 1 after lunch on a work day. I can take these food based vitamins on an empty stomach!
