After the third time having Covid, being a mom, and having had prior concussions, my brain fog had become unbearable. My multivitamin, which I'd been taking at night, was keeping me awake.After doing some research online, I realized that I may be iron deficient due to gut issues. I had a seamless experience with ordering and delivery of the product.After about three days I noticed a profound change in my mental state. I started taking blood builder upon recommendation from my midwife during pregnancy for symptoms of low iron. As other iron supplements I had taken in the past always gave me GI discomfort.I was completely surprised that I was ableto take blood builder with absolutely NO GI discomfort at all. I have been taking blood builder now for 4+ months and am already seeing an increase in my iron levels in my blood work. Even while being in my last trimester of pregnancy.I love this product and recommend it to everyone who is struggling with fatigue, low iron and other symptoms of iron deficiencies.*I am not a doctor - don’t forget to consult with your health care provider prior to taking during pregnancy *Thank you!

I chronically suffer with low iron. Not quite anemic, but it's lower than what my doctor would want for me considering I also have a menstrua cycle. Previous iron supplements would definitely cause issues during bowel movements. I also suffer from IBS so this made going to the bathroom even worse. After working with a dietitian to help me get more regular with less pain she recommended this supplement. I am extremely happy to report that I don't experience issues when going to the restroom. I have had a lifetime of low iron then I had some bleeding issues and doctor prescribed Iron pills. I was so constipated and had the worse stomach aches and it didn't raise my iron levels at all! I took those for over a month with NO improvement. I don't remember how I found out about Blood Builder, but I took it for a week before going for a checkup and my iron levels have never been so high! It was finally in the high normal range! I have been using Blood Builder for years now. I don't have to take it everyday, but several times a week and it keeps my iron levels in the perfect range with NO gastrointestinal upset or constipation. I don't sing the praises of many products, but this one is THE BEST! I have recommended it to several friends, too.

She had difficulty tolerating any iron and this brand was recommended to me so we decided to select the minis so we could split the dose and take them with a small snack and juice from a freshly squeezed orange. We started with taking one mini every other day, then one daily, then one in the AM and one in the PM and now she can take 2 minis together in the AM without issue. In mid Oct 2022 her hemoglobin was 10 and Ferritin 5. Her follow up labs yesterday revealed she had a hemoglobin of 13 and a Ferritin of 15, both considered within normal ranges. We will continue with this brand to further increase her Ferritin level as she has absolutely no problem with it anymore. I have been vegan for over 8 years and iron has been tricky sometimes for me. The supplements I had tried in the past turned my poo black and sometimes made me feel sluggish and constipated, so I stopped taking them and was reluctant to taking iron again. Then, I was having my symptoms of anemia and I felt like I definitely needed something. This supplement is so wonderful I feel better and am no longer dizzy. :)Long story short, this is not like other iron supplements!
