Melissa & Doug - Bowling Friends

Well I have not been able to get my daughter to bowl regardless of how she holds the ball. However she loves these bowling pins. She plays with them just like she would play with stuffed toys. She put them to bed tucks them in and enjoys imaginary play. I admittedly gave up on the bowling -we had a handful of decent games. My husband and I rarely ever bowl. Still this is one of our greatest purchases. My daughter turned 3 a few months ago - And she doesn't play with them so much anymore but they were used a lot for a good year. The fact that she does not play with them so much right now is probably because I got set up for finding them on the floor and I kept putting them away. They are very cute!

This was a gift for my grandson on his 2nd birthday. Although he likes the animal pins, they don't stay upright and they are very hard. The bowling ball is hard as well.I was hoping the base of the pins were like a bean bag type. This is why I don't always like buying online. Im giving it 4 stars though because my grandson likes it, but I think he likes the carry-bag they came in better!

My granddaughter loves this toy. It's been more than a bowling toy. She enjoys playing with each pin. I suspected it, which is why I chose this toy and not one with pins that were all the same. Today, we were carefully putting the pins to bed. :-)
