Actually keeps coffee hot!This works as intended and makes drip coffee just fine. The best thing about it though is it actually keeps coffee hot without even the need to keep turning the warming plate back on. No more buying a separate thermal carafe for serving. Wish I had found one of these years ago.

Very good filter machine for the price! It is basic but that is the only thing you really need. It makes good coffee and it was heaven to get it after living on instant coffee for a couple of days. The only thing I miss is to have the thermo can steel inside, not glass. But then it would be more expensive...

Big improvement on coffee making routine. I have been using a Cafetiere for years - I still love it's simple utility - however, it is a bit messy, the results can be inconsistent, and to make a good, clean cup of coffee takes a long time. This machine changed all of that. I'm very pleased with it, and still have the French Press of we every run out of filter papers.

Good Points: It has generous sized reserve. A good 5-6 large cups. Takes around 5-8 minutes to filter so not long to wait for morning cupper. Automatic switch off handy and thermos keeps coffee hot, as long as you remove it from machine and don’t leave it in situ. Also easy to pour, our old thermos coffee pot was a lot more tricky.A very good machineImprovement Points: My other half finds it difficult to remove filter container for cleaning, but I find it easy.
