But most of essential greens tastes very bad, very hard to swallow, even in a fruit and vegetable smoothies. It can be taking with just in pure water, no unbearable taste or smell. Its easy dissolved. Can't go wrong with a greens powder really! I've tried many over the years and the cleaner, the better. Can't stand the sweetened ones with all the other added stuff. Mix in with a smoothie or have it straight with water.. 'just get it down ya!'

I add this to my daily protein shakes - the ingredients are comparable to a lot of similar products that are more expensive, produced by fitness focused brands. This is cheaper and does the trick! It's finely milled and mixes well.
Love this powder. Can mix with other supplement powders or add to smoothies. Sneak this into the kids smoothies for some added nutrition. Have been using Melrose for years. Love this brand.
