my wide feet.Anyhow, the personalization looks cheap. Did the the same some years ago and it was sticked. Now it’s printed.

Copa Mundials, the classic and classy for my midfielder. They are the only cleats he will ever wear. These are his second time buying these cleats. They have saved him from
knee pain issues as the leather moulds to the foot shape as you break in the cleats. He is not falling for the trendy and flashy shoes but sticking with these classics from now
on. The only negative is the thin insole that adidas should consider improving.

I AM A BELEIVER! These boots are heaven on my feet. After a several friends recommended I should just try them… and seeing other players and coaches still wearing them, I finally gave in. I ordered my first pair this week and tried them out at practice yesterday. The leather is the finest Kangaroo I’ve experienced in a boot. Even being just out of the box, they were better than my broken in Nike Premier’s. They are way better than my Adipure’s and Lotto’s that I’ve tried in the past. The touch on the ball feather like and will only get better as these boots break in and conform to my foot even more. If you are like me and are holding out from not buying into the hype of these boots, forget about it. Buy these boots. You will not regret. I will now by one of the newer colors for my daughter. Well done Adidas!!... Show more

Classic boot that stands the test of time!
10 May 2022
Copas are a classic football boot that's still around for a reason. I've worn Copas in the past, but I've also tried different brands to switch things up. After trying out some of the latest topline models, I found myself back with the Copa. The Copa may not have the latest features - though I'd say the classic look is still one that endures - it is one of the highest quality, comfortable and functional options available (and costs quite a bit less than some of the new topline models). I ordered a new pair, but I also found my old pair that were manufactured in 2006 - and they still look great! My only con is that it does seem Copas are susceptible to having some separation at the toe between the leather upper and the sole plate. My only con is that it does seem Copas are susceptible to having some separation at the toe between the leather upper and the sole plate. A teammate of mine did not have this issue with her pair, so apparently it's not a guarantee. I've also found that Copas generally fit large. I normally wear a size US 10, but for Copas I wear a US 9. The leather does stretch and form to your foot. Overall, I think I'll be sticking with the Copa for as long as they're available and I'm able to find my way around a pitch!... Show more

Great for big feet
20 April 2024
Bought 2 pair for my boys. Size 14 for my 10 year old who is incredibly tall, and size 13 for my 14 year old. They both have wide feet and these cleats fit perfectly. The leather is soft and supple, allowing them to conform to the foot. Stellar quality, which makes the high price worth it.... Show more

Great product. 8.5 inches fits my narrow/normal 10 and 1/4 inch foot.
7 September 2024
My foot measures a little over 10 inches but is less than 10.5 inches. I have a narrow or what I consider normal foot in width. I bought the 8.5 inches and it fits perfect. After playing in it for 2 games the shoe fits my foot perfectly. Put a little petroleum jelly on your big toe for the first few games until the shoes fits to your foot as it stretches perfectly. Also, put it on and walk around for a bit before playing in it just to get a feel. Wonderful shoe... Show more

Highly Recommended Cleat for Competitive Soccer

I first bought these cleats during my junior year of high school varsity soccer. Due to using the cleats roughly 20 hours a week, I would go through cleats at least once a year. By giving the aesthetics minimal focus, they were able create a cleat that was functionally ideal for those competing at a high level. Furthermore, the functionality-driven design makes them extremely affordable, pricing about 150 dollars less than a functional cleat that also adds on a modern aesthetic look.Criteria of a Sound CleatWhen looking to purchase a pair of cleats, it’s important to pay attention to their fit, impact on your technical abilities, and durability. The Copa Mundials are first and foremost top of the line in comfort. Made from kangaroo leather, it forms to your foot like a glove on your hand. This form-fitting model will help your touch, passing, and shooting. Leather is also seen as more durable than synthetic materials. The Copa Mundial accentuates and promotes a well-rounded player who will challenge its durability; thus it is best used by players in the middle of the field, yet it remains a great cleat for all positions.Purchasing the CleatOnce you’ve made the choice of purchasing this cleat, find a nearby store that holds the Copa Mundials so you can try them on. Due to their popularity in the soccer world, most soccer devoted stores will have them in stock. Breaking in leather cleats is a unique process of getting them wet, letting the leather expand, and then letting them dry on your feet, allowing them to form perfectly. For this reason, it’s suggested to cut down a few sizes to accommodate for the expansion of the leather. A 9 in a normal tennis shoe is a 7.5 in Copa Mundials in order to get the best fit possible.Whether you’re a hard-working high schooler trying to play D1 soccer, or a college graduate playing in a weekly men’s league, the Copa Mundials can take your game to the next level.Good luck in your upcoming games and seasons!... Nicest cleats I have worn
2 May 2023
Jus got ‘em in the mail today and the boots are fantastic. They fit snug right now because with these boots you need to order a full size down. I understand that K leather stretches over time and I am very excited about when they break in. One thing I will say though is the laces are far too long, purchase a replacement laces that are 35-45 inches long. I notice that using only six lace holes is more comfortable than using the seventh because the laces pinch my feet near the heel area. Once you sort out the laces the boots feel absolutely like nothing else for much less than the Latest and greatest football boots.... Show more

Pricey but worth it

So I always buy my son Adidas soccer cleats because I found them to have a wider toe box and usually had a $19.99 -$24.99 option. We started in 6U with a size 13C up through the youth sizes (1-6) and finally the men's sizes in the last 18 months. He's in 13U now (men's 8). Anyways, at a scrimmage I noticed he was running like frankenstein and after the game I asked him why and he said his feet hurt. He had blisters and a beginner callous. I usually would buy the whole and half size to grow into, but I could see that his foot was just too wide for the shoe. The shoes was bulging out where he was starting to get a callous. I suffer from foot issues and don't want him to suffer the same. I researched wide foot cleats and found them made by new balance and puma, but also found some articles recommending the adidas copa mundial for it's kangaroo leather. Found them on sale at DSG with a DSG $10 coupon so decided to give them a try since my son wanted to stay with adidas. I was almost going to buy a size 9 since I read that this kind of leather stretches out, but decided to try the 8.5. I had also read some articles saying to go down 2 sizes, but glad I didn't. 8.5 is perfect (remember he was outgrowing the 8). No more rubbing! I even went to adidas outlet to try some other (non-leather) options in 8.5/9 size and you could see (he could feel) they were going to rub. He uses them about 6-8 hours a week and they look like they're a great option for him right now.... Show more

I have had many soccer boots in my career, most of them above $200, but when it came time for me to get a new pair I didn't see any that looked appealing to me so I started asking players/coaches what they would recommend to me and 80-90 percent said the best boots they ever had was the Adidas Copa Mundial. So after I read the reviews on the Copa I decided to buy them. Now that I have wore them for a few weeks now I will have to say these are the best boots I have ever wore! The ball touch and control is just amazing! I talked so much good praise about this boot that my friend just ordered a pair last week. The fit of this boot is just the way I like it not big but not too snug, with that said I ordered my normal size. The fit of this boot is just the way I like it not big but not too snug, with that said I ordered my normal size. It has enough room in it so I can wear an extra sock if I want to. At first I was leery about the round studs but I will have to say the round studs give the same amount of traction as the bladed studs in my opinion. Of course I can't say how well these boots last, being I've only had them 3 weeks now but if they last me a year, my last Nike boots I got cost me $400 and lasted less than a year, I will be very happy as I am very tough on my boots. With all that said, if you are looking into getting a new boot I highly recommend the Adidas Copa Mundial to anyone! By the way I am a coach but I am also still an avid player.... Show more
