The unit is quite heavy for its size but is probably due to the quality of the materials used. The unit appears to be larger than is required and adds to the weight of the keys you might be carrying around. The unit came with battery installed and ready for use. The included instructions was clear and easy to follow. Setup to add this controller to my door was easy and took less than 5 mins.

It is the same product that I brought over the counter at a key place but was more than twice the price than buying it through ebay. Easy to connect to two different roller doors. Most satisfied.

Exactly the same as the ones supplied with the door opening kit. Turned out to be a little more expensive than if I purchased one in NZ but I could get this one during COVID-19 lock-down. Good product. Easy to program
This is a great garage door opener. I have two Merlin mr800 on one double door shed, and two merlin weather drives on the other double shed. This little beauty means I only have one remote to operate ALL of them. Simple thing that saves me frustration of what remote I out where..... Highly recommend this device
Its good quality but the price is too high. Other Merlin models and other brands are so much cheaper. I will check on prices of replacement remote controls before I replace my other roller shutter doors.
Quality build the only two downside are: (1) The buttons under the rubber are not very positive and sometimes I press them twice which then causes door to start and then stop the operation requested either open of close. (2) Range is quite poor my old Avanti openers could reach twice as far from door and still operate it. A better button & range and it would be an excellent product
Works well as spare key, although instructions didnt match model so watched YouTube video to configure
