For those who are not keen on eating their weekly servings of fish, i would recommend this... Its great way to get your levels up and to enhance your wellbeing. I find i have better cognition when i take these.

My doctor prescribedOmegaGenics EPA-DHA 300 Triglyceride by Metagenics, which I bought through him in liquid form at huge expense. I compared ingredients and your product is just as good much cheaper and doesnt leave nasty orange puddles on my counter towels etc. since its in a capsule.

Due to health issues I need to take approximately 3 grams of fish oil per day. Not only does Metagenics sell this fish oil in bulk (270 softgels) but it is good quality fish oil. OmegaGenics EPA-GHA 300 Triglyceride is the best fish oil i have tried.

I received this product in a timely manner. I have gotten this same one from other sites and locally but this was the best price. Also, it came with cold wrap and said to refrigerate. I had never had that before. In fact, other times the bottle had just sat on the shelf.

I hav been using OmegaGenics EPA-DHA 300 by Metagenics for about five years. I am convinced OmegaGenics EPA-DHA 300 keeps my heart in good health. I turned down being in a fish oil clinical trial because I was worried I would get placebo.
Unfortunately, I am a little disappointed that the supplements were left in my hot mailbox and I don't know how much potency they still have left. , I wish shipping could be better in the summer months. Consider a label" Leave at front door" or " Do Not Leave In Hot Mailbox"
