Problem I had was the water would not exit the head in a even consistency across the face, rather flowing into a tight conical stream of water. Water pressure through the head is not strong enough. House supply is fine. Could be the 'filter' restricting flow. Adjusting the head for various heights is clunky in it's mechanism.

Shower head giving a large coverage with a soft raindrop effect, a lot nicer than the smaller round shower heads with a substantial warranty. Requires a small allen key to adjust angle of shower head which is not supplied in kit.
Started drooping after about 12 months. On inspection the inside surfaces of the the hinge joint at the wall were corroded and wouldn't grip enough to stay up no matter how hard it was tightened. Swapped the pipe around to put the head joint at the wall end which fixed things but now after another 12 months or so it's starting to sag again so I suspect that joint is now also corroded. Very disappointing considering price. Form over function - looks good but doesn't deliver. Will stay away from Methven next time.
Decent in appearance, has a nice soft flow feel however I was after something that could offer a lot more pressure as this is almost like a rainfall shower. The arm adjustments are also not the best and I can see it forming leaks in the not to distant future.
Hinges are loose and cannot be tightened . Also rusted out ...disappointing purchase !
Lovely design but keeps flopping down when water is turned on, seems slim arm and large showerhead combined with water pressure is too much for the design. Appalling non-existent after sales service from their local representative GWA warranty. Bunnings customer service replaced no problem.

I had a very small shower jet in my rented flat, after living with a raindrop shower for seven years. The small jet was awful because the water didn’t cover my hole body at once and it a nightmare to wash my hair in the shower,Praise be to my handiwork to install this Hi Rise Shower. I just unscrewed the old shower rose and replaced it with the new jet. Never an easier job and now I have a beautiful raindrop shower-
