Less estrogens too since goats can’t get pumped full of hormones. Drink the milk like usually or even use it to cook later. I do!

Very expensive for someone on fixed income but I love the powdered goat milk. I have bought it several times. Costing over a dollar for an 8 ounce cup knocks off 2 stars. If this was half that price it would easily be a five star item. I use it sparingly. It is like liquid gold to me.

Our mother in the 90's eats very little. She is sensitive to cow milk after drinking it for 92 years of her life now. She gets it shipped to her apartment every 4 to 6 weeks price comes up at $13.99 on google and everyone else and on the her 4th or 5th order somehow walmart at check out changes the price to $20.50 each from $13.99. Not sure what is going on here but switching to v i t a c o s t to get it and just pay less than .25 cents not over $5 a piece more.
I usually buy goat milk powder in my own country and it's a lot cheaper than U.S. brands but I thought I'll try this. I'm satisfied with the quality and taste of this milk powder but I took a star off for the small package and pricing. Anyway, liquid goat milk is really expensive in my country so having the powder is really useful because I only really use this as a creamer for my teas and hot cacao. Goat milk is more nutritious and easier to digest than cow's milk.
I will start by saying my body does not like milk from animal sources. I do have a true milk allergy so I won't use this, unfortunately. I had always been told that goat milk was better for me. Nope I can't ingest it. The milk had a nice, smooth texture and goes with everything. Really quality ingredients. Mixes and blends very well. Ill use what I have left in recipes and skin masks.
So I had some kittens born in my backyard and the mother cat kind of just dropped them off at my window. I was looking for some alternatives to her milk and I found out that goat milk was really good for cats development. They’re normally lactose intolerant, but goat milk is something that their body can process fairly well. (Both adult and kittens alike) I just put warm water in a jar with a lid… Added the scoops to it, and gave it a good shake.
Purchased to reconstitute and mix with dry puppy chow to begin weaning some puppies. This was cheaper that puppy formula plus I figured whatever was left over we could consume. I've never tasted goat milk before so thought I would taste it. I can't stand the taste nor the smell of store bought cows milk but love it raw from a local dairy. This goats milk was GOOD - creamy with a slight sweet taste. I usually keep some dry milk on hand and I would never drink it but would use it for cooking. This stuff is a game changer as I would use it for both drinking and cooking.
I have tried both Capra and Meyenberg goat milk and must that both are equally good. Meyenberg is a little more creamy and dense though. This powdered milk is easy to mix with warm water and tastes like fresh goat milk. I find it very easy to digest as compared to cow's milk. People who have difficulties in digesting cow milk can benefit a lot from goat milk.
I've been into following kapha reducing diet in Ayulveda and I found that goat milk is one of the okay milk produce so I tried this for the first time.I found it very pricy for milk but it's so hard to find goat milik in my country so I decided to try this one and LOVE the taste!Compared to a non fat cow milk powder I purchased at iHerb before, it's obviously thicker and creamier since this one is whole milk. And I like the flavor. Hope it lasts long.
