I bought this to replace my previous jacket. It is very waterproof and breathable, but the zip in the pocket broke after a couple of weeks - took it back to the shop that I bought it from, but they said it was caused by me putting too much strain on it. - my phone was all that I had put in there! Anyway, decided to try again, buying direct from the manufacturer, so hopefully, if I have an issue, I can get more customer service. I like that the coat is very reflective - I wear it on my bike and out running too.

Great product and great value for money for a waterproof light jacket. Love the colour I picked but there is an amazing range of colours in the jackets so may order another one in a different colour. Excellent company with very effective and efficient customer service. I ordered the wrong size, small, instead of extra small and it was super easy to request a replacement. Company had fast communications and kept me up-to-date along the way. I'd highly recommend this company! In fact I already have, to my daughter, who will be ordering a jacket and trousers soon.

Absolutely delighted with this waterproof. Size S is a little long on me but doesn't drown me like others I have tried on, and I'm quite happy to have a bit more of me covered up in the rain (I'm just over 5 feet tall). I bought the light coral and the colour is lovely and the fabric soft. I will recommend this to others, as well as the company. I bought online and both the delivery and the returns process have been smooth and efficient.

I wanted a quality waterproof jacket small enough to fit into my day pack to ward off those unexpected showers.I bought a medium (I'm a 90cm chest) and at first I thought it was too big but it was a perfect fit and there's enough room to layer if one needed to.It also has 4 spacious pockets.I had the opportunity to test it in a heavy shower. It was totally waterproof and the hood fit well with the drawstring adjustment.All in all, it's perfect for my needs at quite a reasonable price.
Bought as a ‘just in case’ jacket for holidays and day trips. The small sac fits easily into my bag. I am ladies size 18 & ordered XXL, the sizing is true to size. The only thing is that the arm length is slightly too long but that’s normal for unisex sizing. Have worn the jacket in heavy rain & can confirm it is waterproof!
I liked the look of the Origin Packable Waterproof Jacket and there are plenty of colours to choose from. I wasn't sure which size would fit best so I ordered two different sizes. They arrived quickly and it was easy to return the jacket which was too big. I'm a size 14/16 and kept the medium - there's room to wear a few layers underneath, but it doesn't look baggy with just a t-shirt underneath. The Ocean jacket I kept is a lovely colour (looks exactly like the pictures). It's had plenty of wear already and is doing a great job - light and waterproof - exactly what I needed. Very reasonably priced when you compare with lightweight waterproof jackets from other brands. I recommend Mac in a Sac and will definitely buy from them again.
Waterproof, and windproof, yet very light and easy to pack. I was particularly pleased with the pretty colour - a refreshing change from the usual limited range. And it comes in lots of other colours too!As promised, it is cut generously enough to fit comfortably over a pullover or other warmer layer, but without looking too big if the weather is warmer and you're just wearing a shirt.
I needed a new waterproof jacket as my old trespass one was letting in water. I already have some waterproof trousers from Mac in a sac that are great so wanted to order from them. After reading reviews I ordered a medium. When it arrived it was too big (I’m a size 12) so I sent it back at no cost to me to exchange for a small. The fit is perfect and I’m very happy with it. Love the colour too. Haven’t been drenched in it yet but feel confident about its waterproof powers!
The jacket itself is lovely but the sizing definitely comes up small. I’m generally a size 10 so I thought a small would be easily big enough ( small says size 12 on your sizing chart). The jacket fits ok with just a t shirt underneath but is definitely snug with a jumper on. I really should have returned it for an exchange but needed a waterproof for my hols and the exchange wouldn’t have got to me in time .
