Michu Premium Mixed Tofu Cat Litter - Flushable, Eco-friendly & Odour-Control Formula in Australia

I've had cats all my life and generally always bought whatever the grocery stores had for cat litter. They were all kind of the same tbh, but this one for sure. For sure! Clumps better. And I'm referring to the cat pee. With the other brands, the cat pee litter wouldn't really clump and it would result in cat pee scented litter not getting scooped out, which resulted in it always smelling bad. This one def clumps better and I will buy this brand from now on, I am a happy customer.

We’ve tried clay, wheat, corn, crystal and even wood pellet litter all have which either tracked too much and smelled awful. We have a top entry litter box. I was feeling hopeless until we finally tried Tofu litter. The boys in my house say it smells like caramel and sweet. It’s been a month and there is no litter smell at all!!! Urine doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan there’s no scraping needed it’s clumps amazingly AND the pieces are large enough to not track everywhere.Other scented litters only mask the smell of cat poop and pee and don’t mesh well creating that typical cat smell in the house. I have an automatic cat litter box that requires clumping litter. Dust is a big irritant for me. This was an awesome find. No dust! There is a bit of a time delay for the litter to clump, about 3-4 minutes. I just set my automatic cleaning to wait 5 minutes then scoop. The clumps are like hockey pucks. They don’t fall apart and make smaller itty bitty clumps that roll back into the litter. It is heavy and not scented. My cats love it because the litter is cleaner, I love it because there is way less litter confetti tracked all over. Worth the money and the weight!

I’ve tried so many different types of litter and have had every issue with them. I’ve even tried other tofu litter that just reeks of ammonia smell and sticks to the litter box. Michu just blew me away with how accurate their claims are. Little to NO dust, NO tracking, and it actually eats away the smell of poop which pine/pellet litter never seemed to manage. It’s so easy to use and smells pleasant like soy milk. I’m obsessed, my cat is obsessed, and we are never going back!

We have previously used Smart Cat (grass) and Garfield (corn), both of which clump well but track badly all over our apartment. Michu Tofu is the only litter I have found that is biodegradable, flushable, clumping and low tracking because of the pellet shape. It has a slight scent that doesn't bother our cat. The pellets are still small enough to work with the metal litter scoop that we already had - significantly smaller than newspaper or pine pellet litter. The clumping is not as rock solid as Smart Cat, but it's good enough that it's still easy to scoop out the soiled litter.

My daughter got a kitten in October and knew the litter box would be kept in her room. We first tried Tidy Cat which was recommended by the breeder but it was messy and smelly. The cat tracked it everywhere. Then we used the litter we use for our bunny, Yesterday's News, but it didn't help with the smell. My brother recommended World's Best. It was not as messy or smelly as the first but both were still an issue. Finally we tried Michu Tofu and for the first time in months my daughter's room does not stink. We are all thrilled with this product.

This litter is amazing! I have 1 litter box with 2 cats and not only is this litter easy to clean, but I literally do not smell anything. And the box is in a bedroom too so its a smaller space and still no smell. I don't even smell it when they poop! I highly recommend this litter. I was using pretty litter with is also really good litter, but the smell was still there no matter how often I cleaned it out. But Michu is a game changer and worth every penny!

My cats love this tofu-based litter, and so do I! It's dust free and controls smell effectively, and it's so easy to clean up. The clay makes it clump well but the innovative formula creates flushable solid waste, and the cats don't scatter it outside their litterbox. This is a huge improvement over every other type of litter I've tried with them! It's made from simple, healthy ingredients and I love that it's re-purposing a by-product of tofu manufacturing. It's a little more expensive than the standard brands, but it works better, keeps my house cleaner and lasts longer than the rest of them. Absolutely worth a try!

It works for the Litter Robot Open Air, BUT put only half of the required litter. DO NOT FILL UP TO THE LINE. Since there are granules that are bigger, if you put too much, it won’t filter it properly. I like this litter because it has SIGNIFICANTLY reduced litter all over my place! My cat is medium hair so regular litter sticks to his fur and he likes to DASH out of the litter robot. This litter does not stick to him. I would say 80% less tracking than regular litter.
