What is more - he was *an actual human being*, rather than a bot. These days, this is as rare as hen's teeth. Therefore, I highly recommend this company as a trusted source of obtaining software - five stars indeed!

I purchased this Windows 11 Pro license for a new computer build. My new computer case has no room for a DVD drive, which I simply removed the SATA DVD drive out of my old PC and temporarily parked the DVD drive outside the new case. The Windows 11 software that was on the DVD got halfway and stopped and gave me an error message stating I needed an Internet connection to continue. Problem was the ASUS ROG Z790 Motherboard required drivers for both Ethernet and Wi-Fi to go active. I went to a different PC and downloaded the latest Windows 11 Pro ISO file off the Microsoft website and used Rufus to image an M.2 USB Drive. Plugged it into the new computer and was able to proceed despite having no Internet connection. So I could install all the ASUS drivers. Did a ... HORRIBLE! ordered in May 2024 a 15 month subscription and Microsoft is demanding I purchase another subscription though them directly to access W X and P, I cant use any of it on my Mac through the 15 month subscription I purchased via BestBuy.and this is also a problem I had with prior Mac when I purchased direct to Microsoft, same issues which is why when I purchased new. Mac I made sure to purchase a 25month subscription! it was good for maybe 1 month then no longer.WORSE mircsoft has NO OnLine and NO Phone customer service, those numbers and the site just drag you in circles and won't assist intelligently !microsoft is horrible, needs competition.And best buy's customer service I'm now into 40 minutes waiting for someone to pick up and when they do it's ... First of all, I love Excel and Word. I have had them on all my devices for years. However, using the code provided resulted in the download not working. An error code appeared which basically said some components were out of date, ON A NEW LAPTOP! I talkeed with Microsoft chat who then passed me off to a technician. The phone call ended up with him telling me every single device was infected with a trojan virus. Even my iPhones and iPads. When I saw the scan saying all devices were at "RIKS", Notice the spelling. I figured I better end this call because quite simply I think technician was full of crap. He said I would never be able to install Excel or Word on the new PC. I disproved that immediately by downloading them from the Apple Store and installing with no ... This subscription came with the purchase of my laptop.I have always used my local software version of the Office Suite.Although this was easy to set up, it did not immediately recognize PDFs without some file-type conversions.For the renewal price that I am quoted, I'm just not that impressed. "Office Blue" has all the products here, even if it is somewhat dated with version recognition.One pro about this subscription is the 1 tb storage.Overall, I do like the Office suite but, I will most likely not renew.Instead, I plan on purchasing the lifetime package that is fairly inexpensive. However, I will miss the storage space that came with this subscription.
Microsoft 365 is phenomenal - always has been and always will be my go-to! I couldn't be an entrepreneur without it. I use it to prepare various products for my clients, such as documents for notarization and taxes, resumes, Excel charts, event programs using Publisher, tables, invoices, correspondences; if you can imagine it, MS365 can help you design it! I purchased this MS365 along with a laptop for my granddaughter, as she was starting her freshman year of high school. I know it's essential for her to accomplish her goals. I can rest assured she is prepared and will always be able to complete her assignments easily. The displays and available templates will guarantee her success!

Microsoft harnessed document writing tools such as Word, which delegates when & how customers communicate. By restricting document creation to subscribers only thru login credentials, the Word program strategy seeks to "own" customer loyalty by restricting use of any other social media, for communications. Buying a product foruse is understandable - however forcing my loyalty to Microsoft, so it can exploit customer's usage into significant recurring revenue, is monopolistic. I don't like being forced to use Microsoft just so a letter can be written & saved. As in the past, I'll purchase annually, for its use. I object to Microsoft's intrusion & exclusion. I want to be your customer, not your product.
