Microsoft MS Surface Pro x LTE, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD, Windows 11 Pro, Black [MBI-00006]

I bought my laptop from Best Buy refurbished! Make sure it’s a reliable seller that you can trust! There is one USB port and one headphone jack. The charging cable does not come with it, which is stated in the product description. Be sure to buy the Surface 3 Pro charger rather than the Surface 3 charger. It arrived in a very well-packaged box with lots of bubble wrap. The laptop itself looked like new, but the keyboard was kind of rough and the fabric was separating in one corner. Windows 10 is preinstalled, so all you need to do is charge it and sign in. The touch screen works well if you have small fingers. My keyboard seems to work only if it is perfectly perpendicular to the screen, which is kind of annoying. My biggest complaint is that the home button spontaneously clicks itself when the laptop is plugged in. Im not sure if its the same with others. This can be worked around by disabling the home button device. Keep in mind that there isnt a massive amount of storage available, so you might need a couple flash drives. It heats up quite a bit if youre doing a lot at once, but the fan is super quiet. It ran FL Studio and Blender just fine. It is surprisingly fast too. The battery on mine lasts for about six hours of straight use, but it dies overnight if its not completely shut down. Overall, do the research for what you need

Microsoft Surface is a great product and I find it to be very user-friendly. I love how slim and lightweight it is for traveling. I use it for work and personal. This is my second one, bought myself one when I returned my first to my job I left to show how much I loved it. Only rec would be always buy accessories that are made by Microsoft because ethe only trouble I've had was trying to go cheap and buy a private label one that was cheaper. Enjoy.

My husband gave me the Microsoft windows computer. The first edition when I started school back in 2018 it has been the most remarkable computer. I cannot live without it I go to school every day and I am just amazed at all of the things it’s able to do it daily teaches me new things on its profiles and the software. It has such great features that I recommended for everything work digitally, creating things business all of the above. There’s nothing you can’t do without it highly recommended.

I got my surface pro specifically for school. I wanted something with ease of use and portability. I was using one for work previously and really liked the options for “scanning” using the lens as well as the “pen” for signing docs digitally. I also thought it would be a great addition for crafting using my cutting machine. I have found that I use it almost exclusively for school and have recently purchased another competing product that I’m enjoying much more for my creative hobbies. Overall though if I’m not comparing it to another competitor brand I have been very happy with it. However knowing what I know know I’d likely not purchase again and go with a competing brand.

The Windows operating system is often praised for its user-friendly interface and compatibility with a wide range of software and hardware, making it a popular choice among computer users. which includes popular applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is widely used in the business world and has become a staple for productivity and collaboration. The suite offers a range of features and tools that are useful for various tasks, such as creating documents, managing spreadsheets, and creating presentations.

My rating will actually be for the Surface Pro 4, but for some reason, that isn’t listed. 🤷 Anyway! The specs on this were pretty good for a tablet, and I most often ran it like one would with a typical laptop. It was fairly fragile, though. Within the first day, the back developed a noticeable scratch, and I had thought I’d been very careful with it. I immediately purchased a protective film cover after that. The bottom right corner of the screen also developed discoloration damage, and I could tell you what would have caused that, aside from maybe picking it up? For gentle use while around the home, I would say it’s decent, but for someone on the go, I wouldn’t recommend it. Especially at its price point.

Excellent

Absolutely amazing windows tablet oh how technology has progressed over the years mind blown I love this thing. It makes Onenote easy to use. Real vibrant screen and gets really bright great for movies and the onboard speakers are great, only play them at 60% volume, has a good warm signature the they are tuned. So great I love them. This tablet will get me through school I’m so excited.

Great Laptop, interesting power item

Great Laptop! Fast, very portable and easy to use.Only comment, which is only FYI, is that using the USB-C port to charge brings up a message saying that it is slow charging, giving the impression that the power supply that came with it fast charges. I checked the power with a meter and it pulls the same power as the power supply that came with it, but Windows 11 doesn't indicate that the Microsoft power supply is slow charging, but it is. Just seemed a bit squirrely to me for Microsoft to not flag their power supply for doing the same thing. To get the fast charge you need to get a Microsoft power supply over 100W and its really not much of a benefit. So, instead of hauling around the bulky power supply and cable, just use a USB-C power supply (65W) and cable. ... MoreGreat Laptop! Much easier to haul around if you travel or don't bother paying the extra for the original style if your original PS breaks.

Mostly good, but for the price should be better.

In general I like it, this is my 3rd or 4th Surface Pro. It has some irritating issues, but I have not had time to really address them. Made 2 trips to another state in the last few weeks to see my dying father and then to attend his funeral. I wanted something reliable and light for travel and lecture giving. The camera will never start for facial recognition, but works fine for Zoom. Got on Zoom today and could see and hear but it could not find the internal microphone so I could not speak to anyone, had to use chat. That is not acceptable.

No Pen. Not cared for.Keep looking! This is dirty!

I know this is refurbished, but I've never seen a refurbished item so gross. Outside was scratched significantly, not a big deal, but it should have been noted. They couldn't bother to clean the screen or keyboard. The pen was not included even though the pictures and description specifically list that the pen is included. Overpriced considering I have to buy the pen and a new keyboard separately. The keyboard was so dirty I can not in good conscious give this as a gift to anyone! It is disgusting, dirt and food mashed in. I don't have time or money to order a new one. This is my daughter's one big gift. Will never buy electronics from this seller again. Definitely look elsewhere!!!
