I got this item thinking it was brand new. Turns out it was refurbished. I could tell by the packaging. The bubble wrap, charger, and laptop was all that I got. I did not get a box with a manual script nor did I get to take of any tags off the laptop because someone already used it. I could tell by the laptop there was some scratches on it and the charger looked old and used. The battery life is not accurate as it says it is. I was really hoping to get a brand new laptop but the false description on this purchase says otherwise. This item is listed as if is was new, no where did it say it was used, refurbished, or renewed. I wish it said something about being used before I got it. I really wanted a new laptop not refurbished.

I bought this with a slight crack in the screen. Its invisible at almost every viewing angle I use. I can only see it when opening the laptop with the screen at like a 60 degree angle with the keyboard. The laptop itself is sleek. Almost too slim. If you wanted to impress people, clients or future employees, having this sitting on their desk would do it. I loaded fortnight and played with no lag. The fan runs a lot with gaming. I dont plan to game on it, just wanted to test it. I went from a surface book 1 to this. The surface book 1 is still pretty good just the processor is getting old. The sound quality, camera and casing are great the screen on the surface book 1 is still just as good as this after 5 years. So I bought Microsoft again Because of that. I just didnt want a 15 surface book. Also, this 15 laptop is not that much bigger than the 13.5 surface book. It is metal, so its heavier. Keyboard is as good as surface book as well. These devices are worth the prices new, so getting them used in good shape is incredible.
