Microsoft Surface Pro 7 12.3" Touch-Screen - 10th Gen Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD Matte Black with Black Type Cover

I recently bought the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 (i5/8GB/256GB SSD) in black, and it's been fantastic! The performance is super smooth with the i5 processor, and the 8GB RAM handles multitasking effortlessly. The 256GB SSD gives me plenty of storage and makes everything run fast. I love the sleek, lightweight design, and the detachable keyboard makes it perfect for both work and play. The touchscreen is responsive, and the battery life is great for on-the-go use. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a versatile 2-in-1 laptop!

An absolute steal when on sale

Surface devices have always struck me as overpriced and lagging behind in tech features versus other Windows 2-in-1s, not to mention Android or iOS tablets. I would never have considered this device were it not deeply discounted. I even tried using a Surface Go at one point, and the Pentium chip in it was a huge let-down. This one has been an entirely different experience. The 11th gen i3 has not skipped a beat. Everything is smooth and snappy. I have a big heavy gaming laptop for games and work, but I'm now convinced that this could be my everyday workhorse. Just plug in a USB-C hub at your desk and you're good to go. You could even do a little casual gaming here - despite some confusion in the product info, this does have the new Iris Xe graphics (confirmed in ... MoreSurface devices have always struck me as overpriced and lagging behind in tech features versus other Windows 2-in-1s, not to mention Android or iOS tablets. I have a big heavy gaming laptop for games and work, but I'm now convinced that this could be my everyday workhorse. Just plug in a USB-C hub at your desk and you're good to go. You could even do a little casual gaming here - despite some confusion in the product info, this does have the new Iris Xe graphics (confirmed in Device Manager), not the useless old Intel HD stuff. The display is crisp and bright. It may not be 120 Hz or OLED, but you won't feel like you're missing much once you start using it. This version also has a replaceable SSD in case you find yourself running low on space. The Surface Pen (not included but can be found affordably as open-box or refurb) is also a top-notch writing experience. The iPad has definitely caught up in recent years software-wise, but the Surface pen just feels so much better touching and moving across the screen, and the eraser tip on the other end is a nice touch. OneNote is still king for free note-taking apps.I always enjoyed Windows 10 well enough, and I'll miss the live tiles, but 11 really does bring a lot of nice little changes for touch-based use. The new widgets are probably more useful than the live tiles anyway. You'll probably find everything you need comes with Windows or is available in the Windows Store at this point, but if not, Windows 11 now supports Android apps, so once the Amazon app store is fully populated you'll have options there in case something you love on your phone isn't available for Windows. You also get the full flexibility of installing whatever you need from the massive amount of Windows software out there. If you're feeling adventurous, you can even install the Google Play store.I hate to say it, but I think Microsoft has me convinced, and I might stick around for awhile. Between the integration with Android phones, the built-in Android app support, Windows Ink, Microsoft 365, and all the flexibility and legacy of Windows software, I finally feel like I have an alternative to being locked in to Apple where I'm not missing out, both for personal and professional use. If, like me, you grew up using Microsoft software, but were drawn away as they fell behind Apple and Google in the mobile-first era, I think you'll find enough to love here to come back and give them another shot.

[Rewarded Review] Missing Black Type Cover-Terrible Customer Service

DO not buy this product!! It came without a Black Type Cover which is an essential accessory clearly highligted in the item description. If that wasn't bad enough, BEST BUY customer's service was impossible to deal with. The Chat bots were a waste of time and told me to go to the store. That was also a dead end, they told me to call in and speak to an actual person. Another dead end as they kept repeating back to me that it was outside the return window. I DO NOT WANT A REFUND! I just want the Black Type Cover i paid for. Horrible experience. If I could give it ZERO stars I would.

[Rewarded Review] Sent wrong charging cord

tablet came. It is in very good conditions minor scratches on the screen. they sent the wrong charging cord for it so I can't charge it. luckily there is another way to charge the tablet without the charger so I am able to do that. but I would still like the actually charger. contacted the company and walmart. if I don't hear back from them. I'm just going to buy a new charger. But it's crap that I didn't get the right one in the first place

[Rewarded Review] Still not a deal

Purchased the Surface Pro 7 type cover combo for in store pick up and the type cover was missing. Took everything back to the store and was told I could do an even exchange for the same bundle to fix the issue. I had the new one sent to my home and it was delivered again WITHOUT the type cover. I will be going back to the store again to try to get the type cover. If I am spending $850, I expect the company to include all of the items purchased. Especially a company like Best Buy. This has been a terrible experience. **In-store associates were helpful and I understand they had no part to play in the type cover missing TWICE. Whoever packages the online bundle deals needs to do better and Best Buy needs to do better with making it right and stop making the in-store ... MorePurchased the Surface Pro 7 type cover combo for in store pick up and the type cover was missing. [Rewarded Review] The best laptop I´ve ever bought

It´s the best laptop i´ve ever bought. It´s an excellent product. If you need something more portable than a laptop, this is for you. I had doubts about how it would work on a daily use, but it overpassed my expectations.Even though it's not a new product, it´s worth totally its price (i mean, a new one is on $1,000 dlls, this one was for just $340 dlls)I am very satisfied with this purchase. I´m surely you won´t regret it.However, something that i did not like much is that it does not come with te original box. I mean, it's okay for me, but the product came inside a fedex bag, its like if you were buying something from a very, very common thrift shop. I think that the future customers would be grateful if the seller add a prettier presentation for this kind of ... MoreIt´s the best laptop i´ve ever bought. It´s an excellent product.
