Wow! What a great product. Just purchased for my personal use and love it since day 1. Love how user friendly it is and easy it was to set up. Within 2 hours I had everything setup and began using immediately. Never had any problems with network connections that others say they have had. Have the keyboard attached and it is nicer to work with than a laptop keyboard. Very powerful processor. Good battery life so far. Can easily wirelessly print, listen to music via bluetooth, and have a wireless mouse so very little need for connections. Wish there were more USB ports though. Like this much more than a laptop. Love it!

My computer broke down. I needed something fast on the same day because I work from home. The sales team at the store was very helpful and friendly. I love this new equipment. It has really improved my work from home experience. It is very user-friendly, and easy to carry around the house without any performance or connection dificulties.

New Surface User

I just got the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 and am still learning all of its features. I am so far very pleased with it. I like the performance and speed. I was extremely easy to set up. I find the keyboard quite comfortable. I work from home and find the video and sound quality quite good over zoom, Facebook live and messenger video. I look forward to learning the balance of its features.

Save your money

I don't know where to start with this computer but I guess I could start with it's short lifespan. I got one of these and within a year it took about 2-4 minutes to even open a web browser, on top of Microsoft office having such a hard time running that it would crash and you would lose your documents. After trying to use this for school I found myself about 8 months after needing to but a new computer. Where it sits now is about a 15 minute boot up where apps just do not load. Worst computer

The battery drains with the unit turned off. The screen blinks when charging the unit. It takes three days to charge the unit. These issues renters the unit useless.

miss hap

I had a surface 4 , I bought 6 years ago. The battery exploded, nobody wants to repair.(pushed up the screen and broke it) I ordered a Surface pro 7; the screen started to shake after 2 days.It is very disappointing. I had to return it.What should I buy? This computer is so easy to carry, light, has a touch screen if I need it...Regardless of my disappointment, probably I will buy back the same one...

worst tablet and/or tablet I've ever come across!

I've been wanting to get a Surface ever since they first came on the market years ago.Since I have returned to school to pursue a Bachelor's Degree, i figured it was a good excuse to FINALLY break down and get a Surface Pro 7 on the day it was released at Bust Buy here locally.... I was SO DISAPPOINTED!it was very unresponsive to touch... frustratingly slow even on touchpad mouse selections... the LAG was terrible!
