These controllers are sleek, transportable and don’t hurt your hands. They are comfortable to the touch and feel nice on your hands during gameplay. Durability is great and I have dropped mine quite a few times and the only thing that falls off is the battery backing. Sometimes they require tape to stay because they break down easily. Otherwise, such a great product and the design is great for gameplay itself. Ohh how I cherished you for many years! Yes our poor entertaining Xbox Console has taken a turn for the worse. It has officially stop working after many years of keeping my boys and I very occupied for hours on end. This was a great console and definitely much more fun with the game pass/ gold subscription. Hundreds of games of all genres, my boys love the action games while I love the horror and story mode games. Dear Xbox, you will be missed and unfortunately I have to find a replacement. Thank you for creating a console so exciting, it kept us entertained and gave us loads of family time together. Until we meet again...

Great Console. My son has been playing since he was about 8 and he's always said its his favourite console. I tend to play on it a lot now, I've gotta say in comparison to other consoles the settings are pretty good I love the sensitivity on the controllers bur the only thing that bothers me I've had some issues in the past with buying giftcards and then redeeming it on accounts. Multiple times we had it (it's really difficult to redeem), that we accidentally put it on the wrong account and it can't be transferred after it was redeemed. Really a little thing all in all it's a top console to play ant games or watch streaming services on.

Beware of buying this bundle with the adapter!
14 January 2024

I usually don't type reviews, but I'm this case this will be the first and last review I'll do on Target.com. Recently, I bought this controller adapter for a few dollars less for something to play my PC games with. When the controller arrived, inside was a Xbox Game Pass code for Ultimate. Basically for a month's worth. The problem is, when I came around to redeem the code, it was already in use. That couldn't have been right since no one in my house has a XBOX Live account. So, I called XBOX support first, they couldn't help and told me to contact Target. So, the next day I did. Target customer support gaslit me saying since the trial code wasn't in the item description, it was a mistake to have it. I tried to explain to them that it doesn't have to be in the item ... MoreI usually don't type reviews, but I'm this case this will be the first and last review I'll do on Target.com. Target customer support gaslit me saying since the trial code wasn't in the item description, it was a mistake to have it. I tried to explain to them that it doesn't have to be in the item description because you'll usually find trial codes in either game cases or in this instance, inside a controller box. They did not believe me no matter what I said. In fact, one of them supposedly hung up on me and did not call back to rectify the situation. That alone made me want my money back. So beware buying this and getting duped by a possible used XBOX Game Pass code because Target will gaslight you and will not help!

Purchased this controller in October and it's been a never-ending battle to keep it connected to my PC. I have a PS4 controller and a scuf XB controller as well. This is the 4th controller in a year I've had to replace. The weirdness of the bugs in this controller astounds me.First of all, I've updated the firmware so for all you flamers out there that will say "Did you update the firmware?" It's a hard yes. This controller works on XBox but not a gaming Alienware Desktop, it connects/disconnects/connects. Other XBox controllers work on the same PC... Same cords... The up gets stuck and even when you disconnect the controller completely the only way menus stop going up is to reboot the PC.

Good price/ good controller
23 March 2024

I’ve always been a fan of Xbox controllers. I haven’t owned console in a long time. I bought this for my PC so that I could play Steam/Xbox And alike. I’ve always liked the asymmetry to the sticks on the Xbox, as compared with the the PS controller. This controller was the right price and build quality for a casual gamer, such as myself. It hooked up seamlessly with windows and I was off and running. There are features for sharing and streaming on the controller however, I don’t use that. I have disposable batteries in there right now, but I plan on getting some rechargeable. The controller has barely made a dent on the batteries that are in there at the moment. I also like that I can just cook the USB-C straight into the computer if needed.

Open Box XBox controller for PC
20 September 2024

I bought an open box controller to use with PC games. The controller works great, this is my first Xbox controller that I have owned, I can’t quite recall how past iterations felt in comparison. However, when comparing my PS5 Dual Sense and Nintendo Pro Controller to the Xbox controller, the Xbox controller buttons feel more loose and every movement of a stick or pressing of a button or trigger is much louder in comparison to the other controllers. Overall, I enjoy the ease of use with PC games on Steam. I took off one star for the sound and for the white pen mark on the controller stick and for it being covered in dust when I opened it. The controller was supposed to be in excellent condition.

Review of XBOX Wireless Controller - Robot White

This Xbox Controller was purchased for use with PC. It uses Bluetooth to connect as far as I can tell, which works well for me.I have had no issues with random disconnects, the battery life (with the separate charge pack) is good and can be used while it charges using a USB C cable through an extender (Be wary that the maximum length for all USB 2 cabling is officially given as 5m [including extenders], although my two cables [4m USB A male to female extension and a 2m USB A to C] add up to about 6m and I have no real issues). No issues with ordering or collecting and I did also get the 3 year warranty as apparently there can be some build issues with the newer controllers (Xbox One onwards). I have not noticed any thus far.

Stopped working after 4months
7 February 2024

It's not the best option if you have a PC that you game on. It is decently expensive but isn't durable at all. My controller's right trigger stopped working after about 4 months of usage. The annoying part is that Microsoft or Walmart do not offer repair or replacement after 3 months of usage. I tried everything I could with Microsoft, but they are not willing to help me out with a repair. For anyone looking for PC controllers, I'd recommend KingKong2. Stay away from this substandard controller that will surely fail soon.
