The first thing I'd like to add is that if you are looking for this headset to boost your performance in Warzone 2.0, probably not the best pick. The game (as of the time of writing this) has flawed audio and so this headset failed to make any meaningful improvement in spatial audio over even some cheap headsets I had. The catch is that for all other games, I imagine it is amazing. The features on this headset put its value up near $200. The tendency of this headset to break after a year and a half as told by the reviews below make it worth markedly less but for $100 this headset is premium technology that I couldn't be happier with owning. That said, I'm returning it. I found out real quick that it wasn't worth buying for warzone 2.0 and opted to buy some Astro ... MoreThe first thing I'd like to add is that if you are looking for this headset to boost your performance in Warzone 2.0, probably not the best pick. I found out real quick that it wasn't worth buying for warzone 2.0 and opted to buy some Astro A10s that happened to be on sale this season for unbelievably low prices at some retailers. I bought some Astro A10s for my brother in law and they had a much better audio feel with Warzone 2.0 than these, likely due to the in game audio being bugged as much as it is. Lastly, and most importantly, I had to return this headset due to its tendency to pick up my powerful ceiling fan in the headset. In the two days I had the headset, I had to mute myself constantly. That being said, the technology of this headset, including the Equalizer settings being customizable in the Xbox Accessories App, make this headset incredibly desirable. It has some features that will instantly make all other headsets in this price point feel obsolete.

Really like this headset more than I thought that I would. I replaced a TB Elite that was more than 5 years old. The Elite was super comfortable and lasted a long time but the plastic in the headband broke. These have a better head band design. They are also wireless which works great. Pairing to the Xbox Series S was simple. Volume and voice chat is controlled by the knobs on the right and left ear cups (the entire exterior part of the ear cut IS the knob). Power button is hidden behind the left ear cup. The mic boom is flexible with a hard plastic end. I generally try NOT to move the mic booms too often as this is usually a potential break point. I have a large head (can’t wear a snap back cap) yet these headphones have plenty of adjustment. They are not all that ... MoreReally like this headset more than I thought that I would. They are not all that comfortable with glasses (TB Elite Pro 2 still has the device that makes them comfy for glasses wearers).Go online and look at the videos about adjusting the sound. Once these are paired, you can customize the sound in the XBox accessories app. Very nice!I also paired to my iPhone so that I can use these as a BT headset or listen to music. Overall FAR FAR FAR better than I was expecting at this price point.

Really loved this headset for the price its virtually unbeatable. Having 2 different connections is extremely valuable. Sound quality is good not perfect but very good for the price. Battery Life is quite good and the ability to use it while charging makes the 20 hr battery life not a problem and the ability to charge for 30 min and get 4 hrs of batt life is quite nice. Extremely comfortable, the ear cushions are heavenly and block out most sound, I cannot hear normal conversations or my neighbors' kids screaming, even without sound on. Because of the nature of the cups, it can get a little sweaty around the ears, but I didn't find it unbearable and would definitely deal with it for the quality of isolation achieved. Mic is good I haven't had any complaints. The ... MoreReally loved this headset for the price its virtually unbeatable. Having 2 different connections is extremely valuable. Sound quality is great for the price and Music sounds good and I felt it had a good soundscape. I would definitely make sure you get the Xbox accessories app and tweak the sound as I found out of the box, they are very bass heavy. Don't let that scare you as once you tweak them in the app, they become very nice. Although I did find them a little bit flat sounding it wasn't terribly noticeable for anyone not a sound snob. I used them on my pc with Bluetooth for gaming which would be probably my only complaint simply because you cannot use stereo audio and be on a discord call at the same time simply due to Bluetooth limitations. However, I think that this problem is erased by using the Xbox wireless adapter, but I don't have one so wouldn't be able to tell you. I ended up having to warranty claim these as the curved piece of plastic that the mic is attached to snapped and left the mic dangling though still working. I'm not sure what happened although I'm pretty sure my 2yr old probably got a hold of them so I'm not sure if that is a product defect or something to watch out for. Would absolutely buy again if in stock.

After using the headset for a couple of weeks, I have a couple minor complaints about it.The outside dial of each ear-cup adjusts. The right side is for volume, and the left side adjusts game audio versus chat audio. I love that the headset allows me to adjust each easily. My complaint is that the dials have a tendency to get bumped easily whenever I take the headset off. There have been several times I've almost broken an eardrum after removing the headset and putting it back on because the volume was turned up so loud.Another complaint about volume is that there is a very slight lag when I turn the volume dial to when the game volume is adjusted. This took some getting used to. This took some getting used to. When I first bought the headset, I would overcorrect multiple times when trying to get the game volume just right.Another minor complaint is that I cannot easily adjust the headset fit while I'm wearing it. I have to take it off, make a minor change, put it back on and see whether it fits better or if more changes are needed.I also wish the mic could be completely removed (rather than simply "stowed / retracted into the earcup".Some of the things I really like about the headset:Its wireless! No more yanking my headset off by accidentally catching the cable on something.Great sound and Dolby Atmos capable!I can connect to multiple sources at once (play a game and listen to music at the same time). The headset can be charged while using them (effectively making them a wired headset temporarily). The price point for this headset compared to others is fantastic.
These things sound INCREDIBLE!!! $99?!?! I bought a set of JBL LIVE 500BT normally priced at $150 on a deal. With the auxillary cable, and inline mic, I can use them with my Xbox. I had a gift card for $100 and just said "the heck with it" and picked up a pair of these. These headphones absolutely BLOW the JBLs out of the water, and I'm a hardcore JBL fan (their speakers are amazing). I got home and set these up. I set up the Dolby for Headphones ($15 for the license) on my Xbox Series X. The first sound that came through blew my head apart (not literally lol). The audio that comes from these is absolutely amazing. The mic button (mute and unmute) is very easy to find. No confusing mixer buttons, as the left earcup cover rotates to the front for game audio, to the middle (you can feel it lock) for a balanced mix between game, and party chat. Finally all the way back for pure chat audio. They're USB C rechargeable (I love this, because all of my accessories are). The mic is great, because it isnt in your face, its just out of the way. The master volume is controlled conveniently by the left ear cup cover. You can also connect these to your phone AND Xbox at THE SAME TIME! I play music on my phone, and listen to my game audio at the same time. Man, Microsoft. I was going to wait for a price drop, but I see why it never happened. These headphones are worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY! Also! The Xbox allows for you to adjust the audio via an equalizer in the Xbox accessories app. If you like heavy-hitting, punchy bass. There are it man. They're just.... They're IT.
The headset is okay. The quality is typical of Microsoft. The good:-Battery life is great-Easy volume control-Quick wireless connection for XboxThe bad:-The mic picks up EVERYTHING. My $60 Turtle Beach ones sounded better and lasted years without issue, but this $100 headset didn’t even come close.Having a 90 warranty on a $100 piece of equipment is terrible in my opinion.
I was pleased with this item until it’s sudden inexplicable death. Nothing and I mean nothing changed about it’s life cycle. Fairly infrequent play. 0-8 hours a week.Sound performance a little below your highest end wireless home theatre models if you already have a setBy a company like Sennheiser. However, externally the controls, fit and overall convenience of the headset offset the slight loss in audio quality from a standalone set and it really does feel like an above average or luxury gaming item.Unfortunately the sudden inexplicable inability to power up or charge the set (yes I checked the ports for obstructions and tried different cables and power sources) has left me feeling seriously robbed. First time in recent memory I can recall an item that may demand that 2 to 3 year warranty from BB.So disappointed. I take such good care of my electronics — the internal construction of these things cannot be right.
If your voice isn't in the chat mix you're NOT in the game. Or so it feels.Non-existant mic monitoring has been a problem with this headset for over a year. Google it. This headset does just that and can be paired to a specific user from within the Xbox interface. They are not the most comfortable gaming headset on the market, but they are plenty comfortable for the standard user. Keep in mind, however, that larger heads might find these a little pressing and tight around the ears.Volume control is on the right ear, with the left ear for controlling volume to voice chat preferences, both of which are nice for ease of use. Additionally, the battery life on these headphones are, in my opinion, above average. That could be due to simplicity of the design (i.e. not a bevy of extra functions/features or LED lights), or that Microsoft just figured out batteries. I've used these headphones for a good ten to twelve hours between gaming and streaming without any hiccups, but I do not know the full range of usage before the battery requires recharging. The major complaint I have with this headset is the microphone, hence the knock down of a star. While serviceable, it does come across a little quiet in voice chat, so I feel like I have to talk uncommonly loud for friends to hear me adequately when in use. The placement may be the cause as it a short boom that typically hovers over the user's cheek depending on head size and shape. The simplicity of the boom is sleek and streamlined in appearance, but the shorter boom does seem to affect the quality of the mic. The one LED light on headset sits at the end of the boom and lets the user know when the mic is active versus on mute, but the placement also makes it more difficult to verify the mic's status while wearing the headset.Bottom line, if you have a limited budget or just do not care to spend more than $100, I do highly recommend this headset. For audiophiles, there are better options, but I still do recommend giving these a shot for use in more casual situations.
I purchased these as soon as they were back in stock, because theyve been out for a few months. I also have the wired version too i purchased from best buy to tide me over until these became available. They sound great, work well with spatial audio apps, as I use dolby atmos for headphones and dts x headphone x as well. I really like how you can control the ratio of game audio and chat with the turn of a knob. These also connect to your cellphone, so while im playing a game or streaming a movie or show on my x box, i can answer a call and choose how much if any audio i can still hear from the console, it works great. Also, i saw a lot of people complain about connection drop outs while using these. Even though the price has gone up, I still highly recommend these.
