I absolutely love this controller!! This is my very first specially bought for myself controller and i am beyond happy with my purchase!! The photo doesn't do it any justice. Its absolutely beautiful. Such a smooth controller. I wont let anyone else touch it and when im not using it, it stays in its box! If anything were to happen to the controller i currently have i will definitely be getting this one again!!

I love this controller! When I first saw it I knew I had to order it straight to my door! It came within two days!!!! I was very excited when I came home and saw the package on my doorstep! As soon as I got inside, the package stood no chance against me. I paired it up with my consol and played fortnite for 6 straight hours. It even came with 2 batteries! I've had it for a few months and I've had zero issues with it. I highly recommend this controller if you are looking for something new!

Color shift is cool. Blue and Purple are my favorite colors so this was a no brainer buy.HOWEVER. I feel like they missed the mark with this one. Could have been perfect if they added the metallic triggers or black bumpers and triggers. The gray bumpers/triggers/backing looks ugly.I'd recommend spending a little more and designing one yourself off XBOX design labs for more customizations.
What can you say? You can pay full price for them, or you can do what I do and get them Open-Box Excellent and save yourself same change! Being a new color, for those that have been gaming for 30 of their 40 years, it does have a nice color shift depending on its surroundings. My small gaming theatre is set up with nine Hue bulbs Dolby Atmos via the Vizio Elevate centered around a Sony Bravia X85. Like a new controller, you have that initial stiffness of the buttons, which actually like a lot.So yea, if you can ever get a controller $20+ off, just get it. Just keep it boxed and when you other one eventually dies or just reaches EOL then you a brand spankin' new one!
Most impressive about this controller is the color/feel. The unique color change and finish makes this appealing to look at. The rubberized handles also help in comfort/grip.These controllers still suffer from quality control issues and I've come to expect faulty rubber foam pads (behind triggers resulting in the "sticky triggers"), shoulder plastic button failures, etc.On this controller after a few days use, the left joystick shows chipping at the bevel (see photo). I don't see this on my other controllers (in white, black). It could be just mine but I expect others are experiencing the same.Bluetooth (native Windows option) also faulty as has been documented (button mapping wrong, drift, etc.)
Gorgeous controller! First of all, purple is my favorite color, and this certainly delivers on that royal-purple beauteousness. The shift between the cobalt blue and purple is sublime! I'm a "sloot" for all things space- and galaxy-themed, or anything with a color scheme reminiscent of space/galaxies, so this was right up my alley. My one criticism of the controller is that the swirly purple and black, rubberized grips on the side don't 'quite' complement the metallic shift of the main cover, like the hue of purple is too far toward the medium lavender range of purple, compared to the rich, royal purple of the main cover, but it's still nice. It's a standard form factor for XBox controllers, by the way, so it's obviously comfortable to hold, even for those ... MoreGorgeous controller! Excellent! It runs well and it's WAY better than my old 360 controllers. Very slick and stylish (I got the stellar shift version). The rubber grips are high quality and all the buttons work great. Just make sure to connect it to your PC via usb c and update it using microsoft xbox accessories. And update your bluetooth drivers too. It would disconnect every two minutes before doing this, but now it works perfectly!
I love these controllers with the rubber textured grips! I only buy these controllers because it feels more comfortable to grip when playing. Unfortunately it seems microsoft only has them on special editions like the previous aqua shift contoller that is no longer available. Overall, this is a great controller that works like all other xbox controllers. I have a ps5 also and between the two controllers I still prefer an xbox controller.
We have all had our fair share of controllers. I got this one and didn't know it was a limited edition. The buttons press more smooth, the triggers have a nice resistance, the colors change at different angles, and the rubberized grips for your palms are a nice touch. The plug to charge the controller is a Type-C so I'm able to use my phone charger or the extra batter pack charger I have. This controller changed my gaming experience to a completely better one. Nice job, Microsoft.
