Now, I finish the job on one charge, and still got enough for a top up if needed without recharging.I had a superficial mark on the carpet, and running this over it a couple times in turbo got rid of it. ... If I wasn't disabled, I'd prob have used a scrubber, but this did the same job, that my hair free couldn't.I highly recommend this.Miele make great stuff, and sometimes at an amazing price. ..This is currently the same price as a hair free, but better (sept 2024).If you need a new cordless that does the job first time, then you must get this.

First of all I'd like to say this hoover is the best I have had, the vacuum itself comes with many tools that you would need for every day cleaning this includes the upholstery nozzle, crevice nozzle, Charging cable, dusting brush, battery and floor head. I have found it very easy to use and I use mine daily. it comes with two settings normal and boost mode it has run time of 55 minutes on the normal mode on boost it does last less amount of time. Tools were easy to use and swap over, and a triangular head was particularly good for hard to reach corners. There is a handy clip which hooks onto the pole and stores a variety of attachments so you have them handy whilst vacuuming. There is no "charging dock" so if you have attached the hanging bracket to the wall, then you are not able to charge the machine whilst in the bracket. This does seem disappointing, but it has just meant that I leave the machine out and don't use the bracket. It stands up well when balanced against the wall as has a rigid tube.Battery life is good and there are lights on the machine to indicate battery level, which stops you getting caught out with no charge. The boost is very powerful, but actually so far I have found the machine to be more than satisfactory without the boost. Noise levels are lower than with other cordless vacuums that I have used and in fact my cat has been more tolerant of the machine when previously he would run as soon as a vacuum cleaners was switched on. Emptying the waste section is very easy and is easier if you detach the pole first as you can then hold the handheld section over a bin.I have been extremely impressed with how much and how quickly the machine picks up dust, hair, and dirt. Vacuuming is a lot quicker due to the power and speed, and it even picks up relatively big pieces of rubbish without issue. All in all this has been a fantastic addition to our household and is making housework quicker and easier all round.

The build quality definitely feels more study and premium against the Dyson. It looks great in white too!The suction power is amazing (even on normal). It picks up so much more dirt and dust than the Dyson on both carpets and hard floors and it is so easy to use being easy to move around the floor and attaching the different tools that come as standard (it is a very simple plug and play system).The bin seems smaller than the Dyson but we don't have a large house so that shouldn't be an issue. For now you have to manually connect the power cable before you put the cleaner in the cradle.The fact that Miele was already aware of it and without any fuss is fixing this at their own cost is a testament to their excellent post sales service.I strongly recommend the Miele Duoflex HX1 cleaner.

Having read all the reviews and studied the web we purchased this vacuum last week. Undoubtedly it efficiently picks up dirt but there are several faults that we consider makes it a poor buy. There is no wall charging bracket - this has been substituted for a plain support bracket - you have to plug in manually each time. Miele Duoflex HX! Cat & Dog is an amazing vacuum cleaner. As a pet owner, it has made my life so much easier. The suction on this vacuum is incredibly strong. It picks up pet hair, dust, and dirt effortlessly from my hardwood floor . My floors have never been this clean. Also really picks up micro dust from sofa as you can see in the photo its from one side vacuuming of my sofa.
