Having a consistent number is a game-changer for good results - no more guessing about how large a flame I've got. It's fantastic to finally have a heat source that covers the full bottom of my large skillet. My pancakes turn out evenly browned, not burned. It brings to a boil so quickly on Boost that I have to speed up some of my prep routines! While I'm not a huge stir-fry maker, I've managed to adapt my wok cooking to the induction without any complaints from my family. And it's so pretty I can't stop wiping it down!No negatives so far.
